I have been buying Tallow & Ash fabric shampoo and conditioner sets since the very early days of the company. Tried pretty much all the scents through the sample packs, and have settled on a couple I buy on repeat (also love their limited edition scents which they bring out regularly).

The products are very effective and elevates the very dull task of doing the laundry. I love that the company recently changed the bottle design based on customer feedback.

However, the star of the show for me personally is their stained remover pen. This product recently TOTALLY saved my light blue denim skirt.

I dropped a yakitori stick of meat and veg onto my lap (🤣🫣) which was covered in orange/brown sauce. It was awful.

Luckily I had the pen with me and completely went to town with it. Yes my skirt had a soaking patch for about 20min while we finished our meal. Once it dried, I only had very light paint orange marks left - it has all come out in the wash. Without the pen, I would have had to walk around with very visible stain all night, and then chances of it coming out in the wash would have been slim.

Love this product so much - it’s effective, smells lovely and the refillable packaging is really chic (looks like a makeup product…I actually keep it in my makeup pouch in my handbag permanently).

I need to buy more pens (and refills) to make sure I have this pen stashed in different bags, so am never without it 😍

Tallow & Ash customer service is also second-to-none, really responsive via email or Instagram, in my experience. I hope this company continues to do well.

Can't even arrange delivery, they want you to sign up for delivery but the first order hasn't even arrived, not great service, no help from customer service, they want you to wait for a parcel that may or may not ever arrive

I have been using Tallow & Ash for 2.5 years and their products and customer service and second to none. They are continually improving and developing their products and if I ever have a problem, their customer service is always quick to sort. I would recommend T&A to anyone wanting a little bit of luxury when doing their laundry.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I have received from Tallow & Ash. I would have given 5 stars, but there was an issue with my additional order, which I didn't receive. I contacted them and the issue has been resolved, although I've yet to receive my order.

T&A products are absolutely lovely, and yes, the fragrance lingers throughout my house when they've been washed!

I’m not sure how there can be so many good reviews. The laundry shampoo and conditioner smell nice in the bottle, but don’t smell of anything on my clothes after washing them. I can’t see how the good reviews can be real, I don’t recommend wasting your money. I do like the fabric sprays, as this does actually make my clothes smell nice. But the price and the ineffectiveness of the laundry products are not worth the price or the hype. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription either no luck either.

Absolutely obsessed with Tallow & Ash. The Oud Laundry Shampoo and Date Night Conditioner leave our bedding, towels and clothes smelling incredible for days.

The scent is luxurious, long-lasting and genuinely smells more like a high-end fragrance than a laundry product. Bedding feels fresh, towels are soft, and clothes come out smelling amazing every time.

Tallow and ash stain pen has been an absolute game changer for me . Im such a mucky pup and this has not failed me yet . I did have an issue with the refills leaking and I reached out to their customer service team and they were spot on . Great product great team 👏 well done tallow and ash

I ordered a stain pen which arrived damaged, I emailed to let them know and they immediately apologised and issued a replacement

I can't comment on the product itself as I've not yet tried it other than it smelling lovely. But this is probably one of the better customer service experiences I've had :)

The customer service, the speedy responses, the genuine want to help and not to mention the quality of all the products are all more than excellent, the aroma in the room after washing the clothes lingers and brings joy due to the surprise!

I’ve had a really great experience with Tallow & Ash. The products smell absolutely amazing, fresh, high-quality, and long-lasting without being overpowering. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into the scents.

I have been using this company for 4 months now never had a problem the product is amazing love all the different smells and that I can chop and change my order. This month had a slight glitch with order not arriving due to evri lost in transit but emailed the company first class service sorted it straight out and re sent me a new order fantastic service.🤩

Evri lost my parcel, which to be fair has been the first time this has happened. I contacted Tallow & Ash & Jovelyn has been dealing with the issue. She has been on in touch each day whilst they were trying to establish what happened to it and has now sorted me out a replacement order. I look forward to receiving it in the next few days.

Products smell amazing. Can't stop sniffing my washing. Have purchased the fabric spray too so i'm never far away from the amazing fragrance!
Needed to contact customer service recently too & they couldn't have been more helpful. Such a refreshing change when something is solved quickly & easily!
