Weeks after order no item, no ability to contact. Their support email bounces back immediately and the "contact us" on their website is an endless loop of 'prove you're not a robot!'

I ordered a shirt in February, still have not received it, sent 4 emails to support and got no response, and I never got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I knew something was wrong as soon as I placed my order and never got a confirmation email. I tried emailing them right away, and after a couple of days also reaching out on facebook, calling the phone number (UK number that doesnt seem to work), and doubling down on email. No answer. Waiting for enough time to pass to file a complaint with my card company.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a t shirt back in November they charged my card and we never received the t shirt. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Stay away - obvious scam company.
I placed an order the month before last, my credit card was charged and I received confirmation email. Since then, no communication or shipping update. I've emailed their support twice but have not received response. Unsure if this is a legit enterprise or perhaps a badly run enterprise.
