pearl earrings came with cheap piece of plastic instead of pearl. they would be gorgeous with actual pearl but instead came with a cheap piece of acrylic. customer service is not addressing the issue or even responding to email or chat. expensive earrings--very disappointed and embarassed to have given these as gift assuming they would be genuine! makes me look cheap!
