Friendly, explained what they would do plus made recommendations for the future. Have been a patient with them for the past 3 years.

The dentist was friendly, but the amount I was charged was not in accordance with what I asked for. I asked for a check-up and cleaning, which, in accordance to their website, should have cost around 400-500 kr. I was instead charged over 1000 kr, for 2 extra services I did not consent to. When I enquired about these charges, I felt embarrassed and ridiculed by the woman at the front desk. She told me that it was something to do with the health service/coverage that they had to be thorough and do all of these things on the first visit, but again this was not communicated, and when I asked my friend who recommended me, she told me she had not had these additional costs added. I now know I should not have been embarrassed to ask more questions, because they were not transparent at all in the process. I will never be coming back.

First, I told the dentist I had some tooth pain, and she took a look. However, I did not consent to having an additional charge of 390 kr for the more "in depth consultation". This cost was on top of the regular consultation cost of around 200 kr. The entire appointment including cleaning took less than 25 minutes, so it definitely was not more in depth. I paid almost 600 kr for the dentist (who was very nice, and I do appreciate that) to look in my mouth for less than 5 minutes, without communicating I was getting an additional service.

Next I was suddenly instructed to bite on something and had an x-ray taken without being asked if I wanted that and was charged 240 kr for that in addition.

Then, she told me the hygienist would show me how to use the toothbrush better to reach the back area that had been bothering me. This, which took less than 20 seconds, I was also ridiculously charged for.

The cleaning itself was extremely fast, extremely rough, painful, and I was left spitting out blood into the sink after because they did not even rinse my mouth out after with the water.

I had no issues with my teeth, no cavities, and feel uncomfortable and violated after this experience. I would be wary of this office, because they seem to be prone to adding on additional services and charges without communication. I really hope you see this review not as hate or bitterness, but as genuine discomfort with the treatment and deception with pricing.

About a month ago, I had treatment for a deep cavity that was causing me terrible pain. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Everyone — the dentist, the assistant, and the receptionist — was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The entire process was handled with care and skill. I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment, and I felt safe and well-informed every step of the way. They were all smiles, very patient, and ready to answer all my questions. They made sure I was prepared both physically and mentally for the procedure.

I wish I could remember the name of the fantastic dentist who treated me — she was outstanding in every way. If the clinic sees this, please pass on my heartfelt thanks to her!

Today, I visited the clinic for a Teeth cleaning. The dentist was very good at explaining the condition of my teeth and the level of cleaning required, simply by examining them without any x-rays.

However, after a small explanation, I was unexpectedly asked to pay 900 kr for what seemed like a small communication. When I questioned this, the amount was reduced to 485 kr. This was a very disappointing experience.

This situation contradicts the information provided on their website. Please do not rely on the prices listed online. Make sure to confirm the costs before making an appointment.

I decided not to proceed with the cleaning, as I was concerned about potential unexpected charges. I do not recommend this clinic due to their hidden fees.

The services are perfect as well as the hospitable personnel, highly recommended.

I would strongly recommend the clinic Tandliv, based on my personal experience with the clinic in Glostrup.

Not only have I been treated with very professional, yet friendly and welcoming care, but the services provided were of exceptional quality.

Recommendations regarding the quality of teeth care, explanation of bills to pay for the services, although written in Danish, were translated by the receptionist to English.

I had very pleasant experience with the receptionist whose name I do not know (☹️) and dental hygienist Adam Abarchan.

Super happy with this place! As a non-Dane it’s difficult to find a dentist that provides good care and is able to do so in English, and this place succeeds 100%. Got it recommended to me by another international three years ago, and I’ve been happy ever since with the quality of care they’ve provided.

Amazing place. I had a very complicated case and the staff didn't shy away from it. The appointments were always on time. The costs were always consulted before and I was never charged for anything out of the blue. All in all, I can only recommend.

Fantastic job by Malene on correcting and straightening my upper and lower jaw teeth, followed by an amazing set of 12 new composite teeth to correct years of grinding by Mathias! Nice and courteous service by great professionals. Highly recommend
