All I have done is set it up other than that.I have not used it. One thing I will say is I wish companies who automatically ask you for what you think of something would give you time to use it prior to automatically asking for your opinion when you don't have an opinion to give. As of now I have not really used it.Haven't had a chance to use it.Ask me again in a year or so.

Love it, only issue is the conversion rate and the time it take to get shipped. Apart from that I’ve purchased a few more for friends and family

Tangem is the best wallet I've ever owned.I love the concept of cold wallet technology. Its simplicity is very elegant. I love earning yield on elegible tokens. I love is versatility. The best feature is its strict security protocol. Tangem thought of everything. Thanks to Tangem, I started using Aave to earn yield on my usdt and usdc. I'm a seed phrase user.
I'm planning on using no seed phrase on my next wallet since Tangem gives me that option too. Long live self custody....unhackable.

Walet is great! Super easy to use! The customer service is a disaster! Not thorough at all. Takes multiple emails to get to the heart of the issue when it doesn’t have to. They need to do something with their customer service for sure.

Great for the price safe and easy to use. Seed phrases or no seed phrases. The network has a bit of lag and the sign in is not as fast as a Bluetooth connect compared to NFC but for the price it's amazing

Customer service is non existent!
After a friend recommended Tangem. I ordered 3 cards. Shipping took longer than expected but it wasn’t a deal breaker. When the package arrived I was ready to setup my Tangem wallet. Unfortunately one of the three cards didn’t work. After trying all troubleshooting and communication by email, It was determined that the non working card needed to be replaced. This wasn’t the deal breaker either. Since that was determined I supplied all info needed to get replacement card sent out. It has been 6 business days and no response. I have responded for updates last 3 business days/no luck. I was very excited to get my wallet setup but I have given up on Tangem and will pursue another route. I have asked for refunds and no luck as well. For anyone that uses the services I hope it works and you do not have to reach out for issues. Bad customer service is deal breaker for me.
Tangem only has email for support!

I am in love with my Tangem wallet. Super easy to use and I could put all my assets. Love the feature of the SWAP and staking. I am buying more wallets to give away as presents. I also owned the Ring. Love it!!!

Easy to use and great customer support. My first cold wallet was a Ledger Nano S Plus . I still use it. But Tangem is so much easier to use. And I have also found that the customer support is very responsive to any questions.

EDIT:
After some back-and-forth with the support (the response time was okay-ish, mostly ~1d) they told me that the package is already on the way and that it's not in their hands anymore to change the delivery.
The Good News: The package arrived ON TIME via DHL Express shipping, even tho a later arrival date was written in Tangems confirmation E-Mails. This means: Even if the info in the mails was misleading, they KEPT their promise of 1-3days delivery to Germany. HUGE THUMBS UP FOR THAT!

I am sorry for bashing the support like this without knowing the outcome. Hats off to them! o7
Still, it would be nice to not get mislead by the confirmation mail next time. They need to change that if someone orders with Express shipping.

The product might be good, however for the EU market the company plainly does false advertising:

On the website it clearly says "delivery to Germany in 1-3 days ".

So I thought "Ouh cool, a friends birthday is in three days; if I order via express shipping they should arrive on time and I can gift them to him!"

After ordering (and paying $16 extra for "express shipping") I received the confirmation mail with an information stating:

"Est. shipment: 3 days from now. Est. delivery: 7 days from now".

I immediately wrote and email to support, looking for them to assure that they can keep their 3-day-promise... the answer I got was a generic "we have a 3-5 days long processing window after which your order will be shipped. Details for shipment-durations to different target regions are written in this table: [...]".

Now they're not answering anymore and I searched online and look at that, I'm not the only one. Many people speak of horrible customer service and insanely long shipment times (4-6 WEEKS in the EU, even tho is company is based in switzerland).

I've written an email that if they can't keep the promised 1-3 day delivery I'd like to refund and get my money back. Let's hope they answer that mail.

Now I've ordered those cards from amazon, 1-day-delivery. I didn't want Amazon to take a cut (and not buy through a third party), however I don't really have any other choice with those shipment times. It's a bummer, really.

And yeah, writing on the website "1-3 days delivery time" and then telling me "3-5 days for processing" after ordering is just plain false advertising. Very scummy move. I'll never order anything again from here.

My first wallet. I was apprehensive because of the complexity I perceived with having a wallet, but the Tangem wallet is very simple. I am getting the hang of it now.

The Tangem Wallet was very easy to set up and use the options are very intuitive and simple to use. I’m really happy with my choice in a cold wallet.

It was relatively easy to set up. It is very secure and your Crypto will not be on the exchange anymore. It will be in your wallet where no one can get it. It never share any of the information you put in when you set it up with anyone and it will be a securest can be. And with 1000s of wallets out there, they have never been hacked, which makes me feel better about the product.

Bought it. Said comparable with my android version. Went to app store. Told it won't work. Contacted company. They confirm it won't work. So sorry, they said but no return or refund offered. Company offered a refund but only within 14 days of ordering. This is unacceptable.

I have 6 of these wallets so far. This wallet is very secure and very easy to use, perfect really for the new & veteran users to crypto.

This relates to support: I purchased the Ring crypto wallet product. I does not work except in exceedingly narrow circumstances that wouldnt even qualify for a prptotype test pass. Requirements such as ring off finger (why do I have a ring if I have to take it off?) phone case off (unacceptable!), held in precisely one position, gapless, for 5-7 seconds, in an exact orientation.

This is all unacceptable And the product page says "Simply tap to your phone to access your wallet". Nope

Support has closed 2 cases saying that is açceptable and expected *for a ring (!)*

Its a Ring! And doesnt work as such.

Adter 2 closed cases I am forced to file a claim through PayPal Dispute Resolution.

Utterly unacceptable support for a defective product.

A very good wallet to keep my assets save, but wish could have more supported staking options and more payment methods supported, eg debit card setup in google pay, Apple Pay and others. If I can complete all my daily tasks on Tangem, there is no need to apply other similar service.

Easy to set up, and great features & options. I like that I can easily carry a card with me.

It is a good wallet for newbies. Once you see that it has horrible privacy, and questionable security (YouTube), you realize you will (hopefully) be too advanced for it very soon. Maybe they will update their app to not dox you, maybe not. Skip it.
