I cancelled my Tongerine WiFi bundle…

I cancelled my Tongerine WiFi bundle and paid the final bill in full at the end of the billing cycle, as required. Everything seemed settled.
Two months later I received an email claiming they had “contacted me several times” about an outstanding $5. This is completely false – I never received any calls, emails, SMS, or any other communication from them before this threatening message.
Instead of checking their records properly, they immediately jumped to threats of sending the $5 to a debt collector. This is outrageous and extremely poor customer service. It shows a complete lack of basic professionalism and honesty.
I will never use Tongerine again and I strongly recommend everyone stays away from them. If they treat small customers like this over a tiny disputed amount after proper cancellation, imagine what they do with bigger issues.

I had a missed bill apparently and then…

I had a missed bill apparently and then serve canceled . They keep charging me and now sold it to a debt collector for a value of $178 over a $30 apparent bill. The debt collector said they would except $90 but they have issued it to my credit rating. Don't ever answer calls from 1800 218 774 Debt managers. I dont know how I can be charged for a bill for a cancelled account is beyond me.

Have been waiting for support over 24 hours.…

Have been waiting for support over intermittent non fttb for more than 24 hours. Nil contact. The bot takes you into a deep rabbit hole that ends with the bot working out all the support people are asleep. This should continue forever if they don't answer help request left in their other system even when they are awake. I think their support system might need the TIO to help them reply.
