Having a problem with on line ordering, decide to call, straight through to a human!! Adam was helpful, professional, answered all my questions, took the order, now waiting delivery, which on previous experiences I have been very pleased with.

Easy to order, good value and the delivery driver was excellent. Kept distance and wearing the correct PPE. Very happy with the service.

I always shop around for oil prices - especially recently with the crude oil prices falling. Tank Topper provided both a reasonable price (not the cheapest at the time) and a good delivery schedule. After initially having some difficulty in confirming the payment for the order on their website, a very helpful phone call sorted this out. Delivery was prompt, and interestingly by my "usual" delivery driver. As it turned out, of all the deliveries he was doing that day, ours was the cheapest by some margin in our area.

I would just like to give a quick review of tank toppers, firstly they were very quick to answer my request and were very friendly on the phone.
I was also very happy with the price as they were cheaper than any other site, not only that they got my oil to me very quickly and that was great as I'd run dry.
One last thing and that was the oil delivery driver, he was very friendly and was happy to answer a few questions I had.

Over all a very good experience and I will definitely use them again, in fact I've already recommended them to a few people.

Recommended by a friend, wasn’t sure as hadn’t heard of the company but easy to get a quote (cheaper than local companies), easy to pay and delivered before day quoted to me online. Fab service and follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok! Will be using from now on!

I’m very happy with Tank Topper. Their website was easy to use. I got a better price than other suppliers quoted me and the fuel delivery came within the time specified. I bought more than could actually be put into the tank so phoned up and was advised I will get a refund for amount I couldn’t take. Will definitely use these guys again.

Very good service just a pity about the price when ordered and the price when delivered.
Have placed 2 orders in the last month each for 1000 liters and have paid far too much each time, price ordered / price delivered.
We have had alternative quotes that were much cheaper but decided to stay with Tank Topper, a preferred supplier. however we will obtain a number of quotes next time.

A hassle-free experience. Prices are very competitive too - usually the cheapest I can find. Delivery promised within 15 working days but came sooner. Receipt on delivery too. Will always get a quote from Tank Topper whenever I need oil.

We ordered from Tanktopper the first time. As their offered 800L for £246 and other companies 500L for £241 I was a bit skeptic. Especially as we live in the Highlands. But 10days later the delivety came. No problem at all. And it was interesting to see that it got delivered by the subcontractor who quoted me 500L for nearly the same price. I will only use Tanktopper in the future😉

Needed some oil quiet quickly, in a different area to where we live. Rang Tank Topper who I found very helpful. They came back to me with cheaper price and better delivery options. When the guy turned up with the delivery found the oil tank was faulty. (new property to us). Explained the situation. The order was put on hold and once the new tank was fitted they came back when we asked. A great friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thanks

After making a little boo boo and ordering 2 lots of heating oil (this was down to lockdown drinking) I made a call to a fellow Yorkshire man and he had already spotted my error and was more than helpful in confirming that only one order had gone through. Easy service to use very friendly happy to help. 100% recommended!

I have dealt with this company for many years. I have always found them excellent to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Have used this company before and have always had good service, however my latest experience with them was something else !! in one word... ADAM.. spoke to this Yorkshire lad on the phone (well someone has to come from there !) and he is definitely worth every penny you pay him ! polite, funny, and with all the madness and sadness going on in the world at the moment, he was a breath of fresh air.!..the order was taken and sorted efficiently, I asked him to ring me back at one point as I was busy which he did, and oh the joy of talking to a human voice NOT a machine saying press one press two etc etc, and then after what seems like ages ending up back where you started ! so yes, nothing was too much trouble... and as Arnie says I will be back ! very surprised at the negative scores..I have never had any problems with this supplier at all and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone..just ask for Adam and he will get you sorted !!
