Forever order...
I haven't ordered from your company before, but order similar materials regularly. We waited for weeks for this order and no one could tell us when to expect it. I don't have weeks to wait on orders so this prohibits me from ordering from your company again.

Real employees with real answers
A business that answers the phone and answers questions! As a business owner, I often don’t have time to go back and forth with emails or chatbots to get answers, Tanner had my questions and concerns answered and addressed with a few quick minutes. Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. When I called to find out when the order would be shipped, I was informed honestly. Not given unrealistic expectations. I was offered partial shipment as well. Good customer service

Products arrived quickly
Products arrived quickly. However cost of shipping is very high. Shipping was as much as my purchase. We purchased 2-100ct tapcons and paid $21.26 the shipping was actually $21.86 so shipping was more than the actual purchase. Screws were good quality but shipping may not be worth the cost.
