Poor service in Tanotis. Do not recommend.

Placed an order on 20th March 2026. Delivery was promised in 15 days. Even after 11 days, no information on the product being shipped. Not reachable by message, e-mail. No response. Stay away from this site. Thinking of initiating a consumer complaint.

Poor customer service and…

Poor customer service and communication. The sales team is only reachable via email. While responses are prompt, they are indirect and often repetitive, resulting in circular exchanges. The overall experience has been frustrating. I would not order from them again and do not recommend them.

they cancel your order & will not inform you

I had placed an order & after 1 week I had tracked the order but it showed me that the order is cancelled. They didn't notified me about cancellation. So I contacted them. after contacting they told me that the amount will be credit to my account within 1 week.

Poor shopping experience

After placing my order, I get notified that they have to source my items from an international supplier. They say it will take 9-15 days to get delivered and I was okay with it (even though they didn't mention anything about this at the time of placing the order).
I frequently emailed them to know the status and they were prompt in responding. I placed the order on 6 April and it is now past the 15 day mark, but I still haven't got the order.
I tried to call them, but they don't have a support number. I sent them an email asking them to call me, but no call. Basically there is no way for me to reach out to them other than email and now they have gone dark. They have a WhatsApp number and they say their business hours are 9am - 5pm. But the website says 10am-6pm.
Very unprofessional and poor communication.

Update: Finally I was able to get through to the customer service on the phone and WhatsApp. The person who spoke was very courteous. But the problem is getting to talk to someone is a big hassle. The phone is switched off even during working hours.
I didn't get the product on the promised date which was 25th April. The product was shipped on 25th and the delivery address is about 30 minutes from the shipping address. As of 30th April, the product is still undelivered and I can't seem to get an answer from the delivery company.

I'm sure the company doesn't have much control in what happens at customs, but communication and delivery are in the control of the company and it needs much improvement.

Reliable service and

Quality of the purchased items were superb. For items that were not available in their warehouse, were instead shipped from seller's warehouse, some even overseas. Shipping status is very well maintained in their website. There was a slight delay in delivery but I was well updated via mails and notifications. I would give some extra points for neat and secure packaging.
