We enlisted Tanya’s help to sell our home in London whilst living in Amsterdam. Whilst this sounds like a nightmare, Tanya and her team made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication for us was so important with our being in another country and Tanya really ensured we were kept totally up to speed from the off. She offered some really thoughtful personal touches throughout and we felt in such safe hands. Within 2 weeks we had an offer at asking price and from there, we exchanged and completed without any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tanya and her team, their personal and tailored service was so valuable.

First time buying a property in the UK, being quite new to London and the UK (life, market, regulations, everything). We first met Peter last November when we were just browsing properties and checking what we could afford. That was a click instantly - so friendly, so accommodating and so trustworthy, without trying sell for the sake of selling. We were not ready for any purchase at the time, but we decided to keep in touch coz you know, you feel it straight away that’s the team you would like to work with. 6 months later we saw a wonderful listing which we’ll call our home soon. Peter and Laura made our process as smooth as possible helping to chase down our solicitors, surveyors, all others involved, and updating us through WhatsApp about every tiny bits of the transaction. Both my husband and I were able to focus on our jobs, family, daily life and simply enjoy the whole process. I’ve read so many horrible stories about chain transactions, and I anticipated quite intense time where we would have to nitpick everything. It turns out that house purchase is the most clear and well-defined part of my life so far.
If I could go back in time and start again, I would go with Tanya and her team straight away.

I was initially slightly sceptical of using a non-traditional, high-street estate agent but was put at ease as soon as we met Tanya. Even on our first meeting, she was clearly extremely knowledgeable about our area and the target market for our house. Other agents had suggested lower listing prices or seemed keen to suggest quick reductions but Tanya was confident that she could reach the right audience for our house.

The experience of working with her team to video and photograph the house was great fun - they were relaxed, friendly and able to give us great advice on how to best present our house. I couldn't believe the photos and videos when they came - almost made us want to stay! Seeing your house rack up views on instagram is an interesting experience (would recommend not reading all the comments!) but the reach and impact it had was something we could never have had with another agent.

After posting the video, we had 10 viewings that weekend and 3 offers within a few days. Peter did an excellent job of showing our house on the day and made us feel really comfortable that we were showing to people with a real interest in buying our home.

We've been really well supported through the whole process to exchange, with lots of the normal hurdles (finding a new house, surveys, timings, chains) all managed with great communication by Laura. The team have kept both us and our buyers reassured and on board throughout - even recommending the loveliest house movers we've met to help us with the move too!

We feel so lucky that we came across Tanya's videos and decided to work with her and the team - we couldn't have achieved such a smooth process with a 'traditional' agent and the contrast to others we met was enormous. Can't recommend the team enough!

Tanya and Peter helped sell our property last summer - and helped us purchase our new home. They did all they could to help make what is a stressful process more bearable. Tanya went above and beyond in allowing us to visit the property before completion so we were able to obtain quotes for necessary works which were then able to start when we got the keys. Tanya helped us in the flathunting process when we were relocating from France to the UK. After various dealings with countless estate agents over the last 2 years, those I spoke to or met, and those I heard about, I came to appreciate how truly exceptional Tanya and her team are. These are just some of the reasons you should look no further:
First off, Tanya is way ahead of the curve when it comes to marketing and staging; the others talk about lists and offices and even digital marketing but they are all playing catch-up. Then, you will discover that her tenacity and negotiation strategy for maximising your sale price from the best, most committed buyer reaches way beyond that of a high street agent, who certainly wants a sale but may not be too bothered about the quality of that sale. What comes as a surprise, and you will learn over time, is that Tanya's professional acumen, expertise, attention to detail and knowledge of property law and regulations isn't commonly shared by her peers in the industry... something which enables her to preempt and navigate all manner of obstacles between going under offer and exchanging contracts. In our case, she and her team undertook communication and due diligence throughout a chain of 5 parties, where poor communication and the shortcomings of other agents regularly incurred the threat of collapse. We shall be forever thankful for the way she and Lara managed this challenging process, standing firm on our behalf and proactively problem solving so we weren't unnecessarily burdened.
Lastly, and just as important when trusting someone with your most valuable asset: Tanya is empathetic, fun, truthful, patient and honourable. She is a remarkable professional who will take selling your house personally. She is the human being you want and need in your cart when stepping onto the rollercoaster.

My partner and I have just rented a property through Tanya and it has been a great experience from start to finish. We had been looking for a few weeks and were disheartened by the process with other letting agents e.g. bidding wars, encouraging unreasonable terms such as 3 year contracts with no break etc, but the experience was completely different with Tanya. She has been helpful, easy to contact and best of all reasonable and respectful. Definitely recommend!

Tanya is excellent! She uses a fabulous array of techniques to sell your home including amazing videography and photography which she is great at sharing on social media (to her very large and relevant followers). We ended up selling our house for asking price via a mix of rightmove and social media ! Tanya is an incredible agent and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was so seamless and orchestrated to perfection, we didn’t feel any stress. Tanya also arranged amazing videos and pictures of the property, which made us wonder if we actually want to sell it. She helped throughout with valuable advice and really worked hard. Where do I start?! As most people do we hit the high street in areas we were interested in and eagerly peered through estate agent windows looking for our dream home. When that didn’t get us very far we turned to the internet - again sticking to the big names. After what felt like weeks of searching and hundreds of viewings (it was probably about 20) we had an offer accepted but unfortunately that fell through so back to the estate agents we went. We found a second property with another of the high street names but found the agent had no interest in providing information or answering queries and only seemed concerned with pressuring us to make the purchase so we called it quits.

At this point my partner and I were disheartened and hesitant to dive back into the property market but dealing with Tanya and Pete has been amazing and restored our faith in the process.

We are so grateful to both Tanya and Pete for not only selling our home alongside us, yet also for finding us the loveliest buyers you could hope for! Tanya should be the template for all estate agents. She is warm, approachable, trust worthy & knowledgeable. Tanya’s approach to selling homes sets her apart from others, I wish all estate agents were like her. I’ve viewed well over 50 properties as a buyer and I know that having a well-informed agent who takes time to get to know the house you are viewing and your needs as buyer makes such a difference to a sale.
