Simple straight forward invoicing. Gave 4 stars because I was already paying another company £15 including vat but these charge £15 PLUS vat, after they said they would not be beaten on price.

Recently set up with Tap and go, I had Marc who contacted me , offering to do a free comparison, I’m so glad he did. He explained everything very thoroughly and spoke about the different options, he ended up saving me money on my fees and was so polite and patient with me. Customer service at its best, for someone who deals with many telecommunications, unfortunately you have a fare share of terrible experiences but Marc really was brilliant to deal with so Thankyou very much.
