Recommended.

I bought a replacement shower part from this company. It seems to be a physical local store somewhere which posts across the UK.

The I ordered part was the cheapest in the UK, both with and without delivery. The item came very quickly and was packaged safely.

When I placed the order, I used an email address which I had closed a few weeks earlier (due to too much spam) so the confirmation email bounced back to the company - and someone at the company noticed this and called me to confirm my email instead. This was really good customer service essentially for a part that was just £3 and would have a tiny profit margin on it.
