Tap has been a pleasure to use so far. Their well-designed app is very straightforward, and it’s built-in chat function is quick and easy.

Tap support / compliance responded extremely efficiently to an account issue that was more the fault of an external exchange. The issue highlighted an external flaw in minimum wallet transfers & assets disappearing which Tap were very quick to acknowledge, correct & recover the assets in question whilst they will incorporate warnings for other clients going forward, very impressed, great customer service & a provider you should use.

Ive has my account closed out of the blue not being able to access my money I still have funds on my card and they will not pick up there number or reply back

What is this? I received a email verification code this morning but the problem is I do not know what this company is or why they emailed me a verification code, Im at work 🥴 and haven't registered with this thing

Fantastic app. It greatly reduced my trading fees from the previous app I was using. Upgrading to their highest plan is the cheapest in the market and worth it a thousand times. Support was helpful and fast to help me out getting started with the Tap app. Thank you Sam!

Wow! Welcome to the modern, fast, simple, fair way to transfer funds and exchange fiat/crypto!
It’s no nonsense stuff.
I made a school kid error this evening, sent in a chat line request to see if it could be rectified without cost. Not long after had a call from the co-founder, as out of normal business hours, had a very enjoyable, interesting discussion and David Carr put it all right for me.
Personal service on what you assume is a non-personal service!
Highly recommend to anyone.
All regulated like traditional banks too.

It's meant to be simple to use. I can't withdraw fiat or send ethereum. Customer service say I need to wait for a IBAN to be set up, which is meant to take 45 minutes after initial request to withdraw, that's 4 days ago. I've tried numerous times. Customer service isn't the quickest

Not a terrible platform, fees are substantially high for a crypto exchange but I understand they differ depending on the site / app being used. Pretty simple and easy, I will continue to minimally use it.

I needed to change my address and it was done within a matter of hours. Other crypto projects take forever to do the basics. The response was great and I am loving the Tap project. Wish more people used it, they should. 😍 Thanks again xxx

App works smoothly, good responsive. Very friendly use.A dark version would be awesome. Easy to switch between currencies with the titanium plan, low fees. Waiting for more coins to be available.
