Apart from selling a great selection of beer the customer service is outstanding.

I recently ordered 24 bottles of a beer I like and when they were packing realised they only had 22 bottles. Received a phone call from a very nice lady who told me the issue and asked if I would like a couple of substitutions and then gave me some great choices.

This week I ordered a few beers that ended up coming in 3 boxes. DHL only delivered 2. Contacted them on email and received a reply from Ollie who was really helpful. Unfortunately the missing box was never found by DHL so a replacement box was sent straight away.

Will be returning to order more from Tapdoor in the near future.

Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough I bought a selection case to gift to a work colleague for Christmas the initial delivery came fast but was damaged by the couriers who then messed around not picking up the return within the window they had specified.

Then stepped in Ollie, the co-founder of Tap door and what a guy!!! Fantastic communication to resolve the issue and in the end personally delivering a new case to my house incredible!!! These guys really care about their customer base and go above and beyond A+++++++

Great selection, very fast delivery and was well packaged when received.
I was able to order the beer I tried on a tour and beer tasting at a brewery.
Even better, I had received a gift voucher to use as a Christmas present. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering more.

Craft beer is everywhere, but is now mostly owned by the mass market giants. Tapdoor stands out by curating only independent brewers. A much needed way to sample the most interesting beer being brewed by independents. And excellent customer service.

Fab place we are lucky to have close to us, but worth the drive if you need to. Highly recommended

Brilliant visit to The Tap Door.

After a warm welcome, I was greeted by an unbelievable variety of ales available. With so much choice, staff had a wealth of knowledge of the ales in stock and I really appreciate the information…and opportunity to sample.
Thoroughly impressed all round.
Literally something for every taste available.
And I was not disappointed by the quality ales I went home with.
I will be a regular visitor to Tap Door

Amazing visit. Lovely very well presented shop I've just bumbled across while out for a walk. Have never see such a massive selection of beers. Could have been there all day deliberating if not for the very friendly mega knowledgeable staff straight on hand to help. Excellent customer service. Great value for money and I will definitely be back for Christmas packages for friends and family. Good luck to everybody involved.

What a gem of a place! Massive selection of beers and ales from so many different breweries. You'll definitely be able to find something different in here. Staff were really friendly and were super informative about the beer and the breweries they were from.

Wide variety of beers, great customer service, would definitely recommend, ordered the Christmas box last year a perfect secret Santa gift.

A new shop for our lovely village. The beer stocked is so varied I wouldn't know where to begin except to say they only stock independent brewers products catering for a really wide variety of related and flavour from really light IPA to darker more full bodied beer.
The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable they have personally met every single brewer so can give u full insight to the processes and I ingredients
Just makes a really pleasant change to see a shop that is a total independent and not being sponsored by a bigger emporium good luck to all of u
