This watch was a gift to my husband, he loved it. Great design, simple, retro styled watch which can never go out of style.

I purchased a watch almost a week ago and since I have not only not received any updates, but also the messages I have been sending to customer support are being ignored. Not a good look. I am not sure how I will get a refund.

I have still not received my watch!!
I shall be asking PayPal for my money back.

you didn't deliver the unit on time. you didn't repsond to emails or chats. you basically ignored everything. it was a gift for my nephew but i couldn't give it o him as he went back home overseas. finally the product does not keep time, loses over one hour everyday. money wasted. can't be bothered to get i touch as i dont think i'll get any rresponse

Quality and precise item description online

the item is good, but it took 6 weeks to deliver (inside Europe), support was non-responsive.

Great watch, fast service and very reasonable prices for high quality.

Despite their promise of a return policy, it is something this company clearly does not offer. The information on their site regarding returns, requests that you get in contact to start the process. So far, I’ve sent three messages, one via their onsite contact form and two emails – no response.
Having logged into my account to access my order it now informs me that, “This item is not eligible for a return” What?!!!
Worst costumer service I have encountered in a long time.
Avoid this company, they offer absolutely no customer service.

Spend your money elsewhere. I purchased an Edel watch from Tapferkeit. It's a great-looking timepiece, but after 9 months, and very little wear, it developed a fault (stopping at 11:25pm every night!). Despite being well within the 2-year warranty period, multiple attempts to contact the company have been ignored.

I ordered two Freiheit watches and only received one. I have made numerous attempts to contact both via email and on Instagram and have received absolutely no reply. I'm now $300 out of pocket with no watch to show for it. The one that did arrive is great but that is completely overshadowed by the lack of communication and missing second watch. UPDATE: After a lot of waiting and fairly sparse communication, the second watch did eventually arrive, with a free additional strap included. Honestly I really hope these guys manage to sort their communication and shipping, the product is great, hopefully the rest will come in time.

I purchased a watch from this company a little under two years ago, so should still be under warranty. I wore it one day last week without any incident, and a few days later when I opened my jewelry box, the crystal was in two pieces lying next to the watch. It looks like it exploded off the watch as there's a ring of glass still attached. I've been sending these folks emails for a week but not getting any response from them. Based on what I'm reading I am not expecting to hear from them and I'd suggest to people interested in this watch to stay away.

The company sent me an email:
"Thank you for your email. I am extremely sorry to hear you have not had a response from us! We had not received any of your emails until we saw your review and realized they had ended up in our spam folder.
If you can reconfirm your address, I will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you."
I received a new watch today.
So it ended OK.

Took a long time to arrive - and then they sent the wrong watch!
And communication pretty poor throughout...

Very poor customer service and product. They don't reply to live chat, let alone to emails. I cancelled my order and sent repeated emails and tried to use the live chat but to no avail. In the end I was sent a watch with scratches on it. I emailed the same day with pictures of the defected product and returned it but still have not received my refund after more than a month.
Please stay away

I bought an Automatic watch from Tapferkeit on 11/08/23 and got it by 22/08/23. The watch never worked. ive been trying to contact them since 22/08/23 but no one answers my emails. I have filled out the refund request on my account on their site but no one answers I've written to the support email but no one answers. This one is a clear scam. Stay away

Ordered two watches, one wasn't right, tried to contact Tapferkeit FOUR times, via email and website, no reply.

The wait (4 weeks to NZ) was worth it. The chrono was going to be a short term fix for the Speedmaster that was stolen at a couriers on the way to be serviced, but has barely left my wrist since arrival a month ago. And is much more accurate than the Omega. Well done James, nicely made, good looking and accurate. Fine value for money. Highly recommended.

it took a long time to get here, I think about a month. I have purchased watches online before and usually takes few days. Other than that all good.
