This site is a scam. I've followed the instructions and completed a few surveys but they never paid me. I wanted to get my account deleted and there are no options. I had use the contact us page to leave msges and email them for weeks and no one answers any email. I regret signing up now they have my email and no way to delete an account. If anyone knows to delete an account, please let me know

They don't respond to inquiries and consistently delay payouts so you never actually receive the money. Seems like a total scam.
Tapgoal is not paying out I have been waiting almost 2months. 8/6/24 I suppose to receive my 1st payout. 2 different times the site stated "We are having issues with processing payments. Your payout will be..." Tapgoal makes you wait 10 more business days if not longer gives you a date just to say "can't process payment. Customer service is a hit an miss might respond to email might not. The only way to communicate is by leaving an email. False advertising easy quick payout after completion of 10 surveys.
