Went into Tapi to buy some vynel for our bathroom. The staff recognised us and whilst looking at the designs, were offered a drink which I thought was a lovely touch, the staff at Taunton store are second to none, so helpful and always smiling they all appear to like their jobs. Attended the Luton branch and was attended to by Kriss who was most helpfull in guiding my wife and I to a correct carpet choice for lounge, hall, stairs and landing. Purchase was concluded and on23rd July, Sunny and his 2 fellow fitters attended. Very professional in their installation. Worked well as a team. Very pleasant and good humoured. Would highly

I found the service easy to start on line. Booked a visit in my home with the colour I wanted and quite a few samples brought.
I was doing a new carpet in a unused bedroom, I asked to see the cheaper. The quality of that carpet was amazing. They came to fit yesterday.
Arrived on time, got stuck in straight away. Had paid for removal of old carpet, an hour later they had finished.
Pleasant guys, felt very easy with them.
Asked them if they would use their carpet tool to just put back a corner of a carpet downstairs. Did it willingly .
Definitely use them again, and would recommend the whole team
