If you’re looking for new flooring, go see Angela at Tapi Carpets Cramlington.We just had our stair carpet fitted and the experience was seamless.We weren't sure which material would be durable enough for the stairs, but Angela walked us through all the options without being pushy. She really took the time to make sure we were happy with our choice. Angela was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and kept us updated on our order every step of the way. Great experience
The house visit went smoothly and the fitters kepts me updated throughout the fitting process, explaining why the reason begind each decision and the process involved. They were very professional and my new flooring has completely changed the look and feel of my living space.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I was having issues with my ceiling and Tapi in Bury St Edmund’s kept my carpet for at least 4 months whilst I was having the problem rectified, nothing was a problem and staff were fully understanding.
Carpet fitters went above and beyond.

Been to Tapi Carpets at Cannock today looking for lounge hall and stair carpet was greeted by Andy who pointed me in the right direction , told him I had been talking to Anna yesterday.
When Anna was free she quoted me and sent fitter John to measure up today !!
