I gave this host 3 chances, but no progress, horrible customer service
I gave this host literally 3 chances, and all due respect, their assistance sucks, horrible experience - talking about mta:sa -.
Their support team would only try to create problems when you ask them for something.
Tried to get permission to upload some type of files on the FTP, because they blocked it, 2 times, and they're rejecting without any reason, even though this permission won't affect anything at all.
Another time, I asked for a second Mysql because my server need 2 not only one, they refused, even that I suggested to pay for it, not to mention, that they have never refunded me since then, talking about years of me trying to get back and hope that they got new system.
Really bad customer service for MTA:SA, I don't recommend at all as a founder of one of the well known servers in MTA community.

My friend recommended this website to me, and no regrets whatsoever ever since, the customer service is top notch, I loved how responsive they are to any issue and since I bought their web hosting for my website , now my website is very fast and secure. Definitely 5 stars!!
