I needed to replace cartridges in kitchen tap, but with an odd spline size so unable to find a match. They suggested a replacement kit of cartridges and handles that has worked brilliantly, I could not be more pleased.

Great company to deal with where they provide clear guides on how to fit parts with delivered items (on top of you tube guide links etc. on their website). Delivery was quite prompt too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Well the cartridge that was meant to be compatible wasn't, but had removed from packaging so couldn't return, the allen keys did fit, but the compatible shroud didn't fit either

Searched for the parts and ordered on line. They arrived the next day with instructions and fitted my tap perfectly.

Amazing, needed to replace the cartridges for our kitchen taps, it helped me fond the exact ones and gave instructions of how to, which was very useful as a first time diy job, only reccomendation I would add, is what to do if you get a cartridge that won't budge my usual means as I found with the hot one 😂

Unfortunately the cartridges are stiff and not smooth to rotate. This is the second time this has happened so will likely go elsewhere next time.

Excellent Company

Truly excellent service. Before contacting Tap Magician I was struggling to find out which cartridges I needed. Even Bristan website was completely useless. Tap Magician asked me for photos of my tap and cartridge and sent out new cartridges. Unfortunately the first despatch was incorrect but they immediately despatched two more, which are correct and I have replaced them.

Ordered to replace 18 years old Daxima Titan kitchen tap cold cartridge which was leaking. Arrived well packaged with clear instructions regarding fitting and returns policy. I ordered a hot and cold and replaced the cold. Works well no leaks. Received email instructions also. Very pleased with this company.
