I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My kitchen tap took three weeks to arrive, despite the website stating 'standard delivery.' The company was unresponsive until I involved PayPal. When PayPal moved to issue a refund, I finally received my order, along with a curt message from Emily asking me to cancel the dispute—no greeting, no apology. After canceling, I reached out again to report that the tap was defective, for suggestion about the water flow but I've had no response since. The tap looks nice, but it doesn’t work. Terrible customer service

Purchased a tap 5th May, still haven't received it despite them saying via email they have sent it and that they will send a tracking number soon! Have gone back to Pay Pal for a refund.

I have emailed a number of times, phoned your so called operation eight times, you have answered one email and told me you would give a tracking number within 1-2 days and so far not returned any call.

I formally request a full refund. When i purchased the tap delivery was stated at 3-5 days, 12 days later, no tracking no Tap.

The worst service Ive ever encountered on the internet, You shouldn't be in business. You are a disgrace.

12 days and waiting for a next day delivery taps. I have contacted them repeatedly and have a wall waiting for a tap; paying a builder and no tap, no acknowledgement of my email; no tracking.

These taps are not WRAS approved and use non approved materials in there manufacture and will literally leave a bad taste in your mouth. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer services at Tapsbuy and have not had a single reply.

Finding the right product according to need is always difficult and messy thing .After looking different websites and stores I went for tapsbuy.co.uk and It was an awesome experience with tapsbuy.co.uk . I ordered 'CONTEMPORARY CHROME BRASS PERSONALIZED SINGLE HANDLE LED BATHROOM SINK TAP - SILVER' from them and the quality of the product was astonishingly amazing and was same as mentioned on website.Their customer service is also amazing , they handle customers very well and answer to every query with explanation .I am thinking to buy other products also and with this high quality product . I will purchase other from them also. Again nice product and nice service

The sink has tempered glass finish, chrome finish for water drain and mounting ring and last but not the least faucet finish of Vintage nickel. This beautifully made round shaped sink is just amazing to use. You get completely a royal feel.
