Terrible company. Avoid at all costs!
This company will not refund after I purchased a toilet for what they claim as a special order. Sadly, I removed my existing toilet because it had broken. For two months I have waited to get my product and nothing arrived. Multiple email requests for a delivery date were either ignored or I was told to wait longer with no clear estimated delivery times. When I asked to cancel, they told me I couldn't, and told me read their crazy terms. Seriously, if I had known these terms were so ridiculous, I would have never made this purchase in the first place. To add insult to injury, after reading into their terms, I realized they charge for delivery, which isn't unusual, but they do not calculate the charges during the order process, so you essentially have to pay twice to get your product. Their customer service is beyond poor. I'm just an average guy with a wife and two kids and a tight budget. We have a serious need for a toilet and not a lot of money to give away, but most importantly, we can't really afford to wait for a toilet. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be disputing my charges with the bank and I will tell anyone who is searching for home building equipment to avoid this website at all costs. Seriously, stay away!

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS 3rd party joke of a company!! April 25th ordered on their website a part that was advertised as in stock and available for delivery within 2 days. Here we are May 12th and my order has not arrived. They act as the middleman when it comes to parts & don’t inform customers that they are special order and take longer. Parts will be advertised cheaper but then they hit you with an overpriced delivery fee which ends up costing you more than had you ordered directly from the manufacturer. Meisam as a customer service representative is joke and unhelpful at every stage of the process. Did not inform me that the part was special order. He marked my order as complete when they had not received it yet & had I not called them out on it may not have been corrected. I was then assured that my order was to be collected for delivery May 8th. Again I had to call to be told some excuse about the courier not having drivers for two days! Instead of sending customers gift cards for Starbucks and asking them write positive lies in their reviews about your company and service, spend those resources on training Meisam on proper customer service expectations, etiquette and communication. Order directly from the manufacturer will save you time & money.

I first purchased a product from their website mid February. Called a month later to be told that it wasn't in stock and was coming from the supplier. It is now the beginning of May and after numerous calls where I was assured the product to come into their warehouse and was being shipped out and… After paying an additional shipping charge which they were not particularly clear about during the initial purchase they, once again, didn't send anything. I called four more times to be told that the product was ready to be shipped and he was "checking with the shipping department", nothing happened. I called back again today and after giving my order number I was promptly hung up on and immediately refunded. But I was only refunded the price of the initial product and not the shipping. It was the same man answering the phone every time I called, the company mailbox is full and I have been ripped off. I would not suggest to anybody to buy from this company. At least I was mostly refunded but it has taken numerous phone calls to get to this far. Do not recommend. Spend more and get what you pay for!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with TAPS Depot was genuinely awful. I ordered a faucet cartridge in December 2024. After multiple ignored emails, repeated delays, and contradictory information, the part finally arrived in March 2025—three months later—and it was the wrong item.
Customer service was nearly non-existent. I had to follow up over and over again just to get basic responses. I was blamed for delays, told shipping was my responsibility even after they failed to respond for weeks, and when I asked for a refund after receiving the incorrect part, I was ignored.
No one picks up the phone. Emails go unanswered. The one time they did get back to me, they actually asked for a positive review in exchange for a gift card.
Avoid this company. It is simply not worth the time, energy, or aggravation.
