Worst support and quality ever!

Worst support and quality ever!
They claim to have a 2 days response rate but now after 2 months of trying to get hold of someone to fix my book that did not have correct printings, I give up.
Useless company, useless customer support.
NEVER buy anything from here!!

(No respons, not in spam/junk, only received auto replies that we will contact you, happy to provide more pictures or details but you have to actually contact me for this!)

Don’t order if you actually want the product

So, I got really excited and wanted to do something nice for my husband for Fathers Day this year. Last year was his first, but money was really tight and I wasn’t able to do much so for lack of a better term this year I wanted to “make it up to him” so to speak.
I didn’t do my research beforehand as well as I should’ve, honestly. I made sure they were a real company and that was about it. I knew it was going to be a stretch to get the book in on time but I ordered it on June 8th (and received a confirmation email shortly after), knowing that even if it didn’t come in til the 20th, that would be fine since my husband would be home that day. ANYWAYS. How wrong I was. And how stupid I was for thinking it would be fine.

As of today’s date, (July 6th, 2022) not only have I not received the $40 book I ordered, I haven’t even heard from TapTap. I normally restrain from writing bad reviews, but honestly this is just my last desperate attempt at getting their attention. I have emailed multiple times, and only ever gotten the automated response. I do honestly still want the book, as I know I’ve paid for it; HOWEVER, to anyone thinking “oh this is so cute, it’ll make a great gift!” DO NOT DO IT. Especially if you live in the U.S.
I sincerely thought that some of the issues could’ve had to do with the fact that I was ordering from overseas (even though I’ve bought from other companies and not had this issue); but at this point I haven’t even gotten an email stating that the book has been made or packaged or shipped. Only the confirmation at the very beginning and some automated responses to my attempts at inquiring about the product.

I’m so sad and disappointed. I spent the entirety of our budget for that sort of thing on a gift that my husband never received.

You pay for a nice story, it’s gonna be a endless one

Same story like many others. Paid 40 euro for a mothersday book on the 28th of April, should be here on the 2nd of May. Guess what… still nothing. No responding after 5 emails.

Company asked me to send an email…

Company asked me to send an email because I paid for it but didn’t receive anything. After one week still waiting for respons. Did send the email to the adres which was on the site.

Big problems, smaller problems, small problem. Book looks good!

Book for Mother's day didn't arrive in time although advertisement said it would.
Sent 2 emails about this, but no proper response.
Furthermore, Book looks good but in de Dutch version in 1 drawing there is English text in it.

Sent third email now because of reaction of tap tap on may 17th just before 15h.00. Now we wait

May 23rd...... still waiting 😉

Last update. Reached out with Messenger. Got my money back instantly and they are looking at the English part of the Dutch book. Customer service through mail is really bad and doesn't seem to exist at all, however it is there and is pretty good.
Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars for this.

Dont keep their delivery date promise

I ordered on the 30th of april. An order untill 1 of May should be there before mothersday..
dont have the book or any reply. realy bad, was our first mothersday, without a present now.

Bad experience

On 30th of april I ordered a book via Instagram for mothers day because Tap Tap promised in the advertisement to deliver before the 8th of May. I had to pay directly and after that I got this mail:

I immidiately responded telling them that I need it before mothers day and didn't get any response from TapTap.....

Response from TapTap to look good to anyone who will read my review:

But:
Did I hear anything from customer service yet?
.....NO... I didn't hear anything...... I am still waiting...

So no present for mothers day and money is gone...

Yesterday i orded a book when i paid…

Yesterday i orded a book when i paid the site said interupted. Now my bank said that i allready paid 35 euros i emailed taptap and they said i must do it again, sorry but i am not gonna pay 2 times. So i want the book that i paid for for mothers day. Is a special gift for my daughter for her mother :(

Thieves! Stay away!

I tried to place an order last week using PayPal. Both times I tried it gave an error message so I just let it go. Then I check my PayPal account only to see that the money has been taken two times from my account!
No confirmation mail, nothing that proves that I actually paid for something!!
I directly send them an email and receive an automated answer that says that they will contact me within 2 days. (To this day nothing!)
I’ve received the book today (only one not two)
Still no answer to my email or no refund of my second payment! Those kind of mistakes can happen but the customer service is there for this reason! Leaving me without an answer is the worst!
To be honest i think the book is quite lovely but unfortunately I can’t even enjoy it because of the fact that I can’t reach out to anyone!
There are bunch of website that give the same service, I’m definitely using another one next time...

Great product

Great product !
My fiancé loved his personalised book ..
It was a shame that they had some trouble printing the books, but I was guaranteed my book would arrive before Christmas, and it did.
Amazing books that hit right in the heart ..
I recommend this product to my friends.
