Stay away from Taravastra
I ordered a white chiffon embroidered saree which was delivered in a damaged condition. The saree had stains and dirt in quite a few places. The saree was below average nothing like the image online.
I immediately took pictures and notified the executive of the damage through WhatsApp and email.
After several follow ups for exchange I was told the stains and dirt will wash off. Very poor response. I asked for an exchange or refund however there is no response to calls emails and messages. I wouldn’t recommend them and would not want to deal with them.
