I ordered a black clutch cute bag on August 24th, I received my bag on September 13th. This bag is a classic Le Petit Clutch. My bag collection is huge and I didn't get a chance to use it right away. On October 24th I finally got the opportunity to carry the bag.
Inside of the bag I had my Iphone 12, keyfob, small Michael Kors wallet, 3 items. My beautiful bag at the end of the night was coming apart. I contacted the Tarelle several times and never got a response. When I took it to my cobbler he advised me that the bag was glued together and he could not fix it. I am not able to attach a picture however, Tarelle contacted me yesterday 11/20/2025 and apologized. They didn't even offer any type of solution. I will not order from this company ever again. My experience was not good.

Always brilliant service, with prompt despatch, super packing and a handwritten Thank You note. I would support this small business as there is a finger on the pulse of what is "in vogue" have bought for a number of years. will buy again. Thank you Tarelle x

Brilliant as always. Wrapped well and bag is great, just a touch bigger all over than regular camera bags and I love the wider leather strap.
