I’m letting you you know that after trying everything to get the omni to work since my partner Purchasing the omni for me on the 4th of February and trying to get the omni working and emails and emails back and forth and not just me as my partner did the same getting the same responses and the same result not working she took it back and got a refund as for a £500 product the trouble and response for a high end product is discussing and super disappointed in not just the product but the whole after care support a waist of time money not just on the target omni but the £40 for the dart counter app aswell. Save your money spend it on anything else . Was looking forward to getting mine straight away nothing but trouble.

When I first set the omni board up I had a lot of stress trying to get it to connect.

However, it has been working really well since and it’s a great setup and really improves the dart experience.

If it was more user friendly with connections it would get five stars.

Totally changed our gameplay for the better! Speeded up games with accurate scoring and commentary which really add to the game.

I really need Target to stop ignoring my emails/messages!!!! It's been a week without reply.

The Target Omni & darts counter isn't working, its down constantly and its not good enough... It's never working when you need it to work, and its made me a worser player as a result!

I could change the review but based on the service I've received....being constantly ignored... I will not be.

Been trying to speak to someone about my omni for over a month now and still not sorted. No replies to last few e mails. No answering phone calls. Not happy at all after spending alot of money

Target were amazing, I have an OMNI dart counter, and it was highlighted as having a possible fault, Target advised on returning the same for a replacement processor, this was so easy to do and the new processor was with me within a week, they also have a great support teem who help with getting the system setup thank you!!

The simplicity of ordering, stock levels, super fast despatch and Target quality is unsurpassed. I have been wanting an Omni set up for a few months and it was ordered yesterday and delivered today. With such an expensive product I wanted it direct from the manufacturing company and the warranty has been upgraded to 2 years now as well. I have over 30 sets of Target darts as well so I am big fan of the brand.

Purchased an OMNI dart system arrived in 2 days as advertised

Ordered my Omni yesterday, delivered and playing with it within 24 hours. Great service

Great product OMNI dart scorer, great bit of kit, working well at present two weeks in. Great addition to my set up.

Fast delivery and great products and a fair price. Now up to about 45 sets plus omni board and accessories all have to be target I absolutely love this brand. I just wish I could afford the limited edition stuff but maybe one day.

Advertising next day delivery when you cannot promise this, ordered omni 5 days ago and it’s not gonna arrive for another 2 days, that’s a week in total. Charging 500 for the omni and can’t deliver it for a week cheers target. Poor show.

We bought a omni and it’s broke 2 times, both times it’s been 6 months apart & I have had to send it back wait for a new component twice & even though it broke within warranty the new component doesn’t restart a new full year warranty, so I am not allowed a refund I think this is absolutely disgusting as fair enough if it was once but twice isn’t acceptable, it’s not cheap & I feel so let down by target & I wouldn’t recommend a omni as this seem a common fault with these

Purchased omni and had trouble connecting so sent it back but the amount of emails with hardly any reply or updates was shocking for a purchase of half a grand in cash

Avoid Omni Dartboard at all costs. Two processing units failed in under a year, and customer support completely disappeared afterwards. You are left with a very expensive light and no help. Do yourself a favour and choose an alternative — it is not worth the frustration.

Thanks for the response. It is reassuring to hear that this will be “investigated internally”. I am sure that will be a very thorough and enlightening process. Unfortunately, it does not really help with the actual issue - the faulty processing units and the complete lack of support - but I appreciate the acknowledgement all the same. No need to come back to me; I am confident the internal investigation will speak for itself.

Do not buy the Omni it is a waste of money. It doesn't score correctly it has so many faults and the after care from Target is the worst I've ever dealt with.
Please do not waste £500 on it.
Read the response 24 hours later still nothing from Target.8 days later still nothing from Target but they can post Omni will a 2 year extended warranty because it doesn't work. I'm so gutted Target jumped on the band wagon with all the hype of darts at the moment brought out something that clearly doesn't work and scammed 100S of people out of £500

Spent £750 on an Omni and Virt system, had technical issues and still have - website directs you to fill in a form and supposedly technical support will get back within 2 working days. I still have not had a single reply, absolutely disgusting

Happy to take my money, then that's it - wouldn't recommend them to anyone
