Target darts are good clothing good but the for board is badly made the bullseye is way of centre the omni scoring system is crap won’t connect when it did it would register wrong scores that is why I only gave 3 out of 5

In the last six months I have spent over £1k with Target, love the Star Wars range so went to town. I purchased the OMNI auto scoring ring and it is very smart looking indeed. I spent weeks troubleshooting issues with lost connection to the dart counter app. Turns out it was a defective 2024 model and only after I returned it did I learn this is a known problem which could have easily been avoided and saved me lots of time spent troubleshooting the issue. Reading the Amazon negative reviews about the exact same issue and from what support shared with me I have decided to cancel my app subscription, close the account and use Dartsmind which works! It is actually very good, cheaper, displays better when mirrored to big screen and I will never spend another penny with Target again. Why keep shipping the defect OMNIs Target? Why waste peoples time? I hope this if of benefit to someone else.

Bought an Omni dart scorer in October. Light is now faulty so their solution is to send a bodged up piece of wiring to add to the power supply. What I paid £500 for now looks an absolute mess with unsightly wires that cannot be concealed. Plus these wires can easily be hit by a stray dart and damage them. Really poor solution for an expensive piece of kit. Looks crap now! Avoid until they can get this issue sorted!!

We bought an Omni scoring system and then separately a dart board and a surround. I then received a personalised offer for an Omni at 20% off and so was a bit miffed that this offer was made after we had already bought the Omni, as I paid quite a bit more than I could have. Also I'm not a fan of the different pricing on Target website vs the Target Store on Amazon UK. Again, I paid more for the dart board buying direct from Target as opposed to buying through Amazon.
That said, the products are great - just the sales pricing structure seems inconsistent, and a little unfair if you're the one paying.

I’ve ordered a few items from Target. This time it was a heavily discounted Omni. It arrived the next working day and is a great bit of kit!

2nd Omni purchase, amazing product!!

I had a fault with the processor of an Omni auto-scorer and it had to be sent back to Target themselves, when I received my replacement back I was met with the processor itself, a dart case along with stems and flights and a monthly subscription for DartCounter which I could only assume was given to me for the inconvenience caused. I would highly recommend their products to anyone and the customer service was excellent with me.

Amazing quality, I ordered the omni and a new board they came really quick and was kept up to date with delivery, it pretty easy to set up and looks awesome it’s also the cheapest I found it 🤙🏼

Target shipped item and it was delivered on time. However, I think a delivery company who leaves a 500 pound item on the doorstep and doesn't even chap door is disgusting. I live on a main road. The Omni seen on companies photo was gone. As soon as I received an email with photo I called my son who said the door didn't go. He went outside to get the parcel and it wasn't there. Thankfully a neighbour had seen it. It was clear from packaging it was an Omni and the neighbour realised the value and took it in.

If you avoid the Omni and especially DartCounter the other products are ok. But these two are absolutely shambolic. You only have to join the online groups to see how many problems they have and that they never seem to fix any of it. I got the Omni 3 months ago and have spent half the time restarting it all so that some of it, at least, works. It’s meant to be an automated system but it’s anything but.

I can’t see how they have any proper app developers on this. They release updates and it just gets worse.

These two products alone are really damaging the Target brand amongst the darts community.

Omni doesn't work and staff can't click a link after sending a email of it ( video was bigger than the 25 mb limit on emails so uploaded to Google )

My processor has gone on my omni is did get w replacement but lots of other people got loads of freebies with their replacement and I got nothing extra same as many others. Nothing like treating your customers different

Positive user experience.

Having been flirting with the idea of buying an Omni, I pulled the trigger and did it. Having had only poor experiences with Dartshopper, I went to source and cannot fault the service - prompt updates from Target and DPD, the item was delivered less than 24 hours after the order was made.

Omni is this far great, just finding my feet with it and the app, but so far, so good.

My new flights are brilliant, am a massive fan of the new range Target have developed.
