Only three stars despite being happy with the products themselves. I bought an omni and virt but was disappointed and frustrated that I then had to purchase a further bracket for them to connect to one another. It’s also poor product design having to plug both products into separate power supplies. Please add a usb c port to the omni and include a virt/omni bracket.

My Omni did not work from the day it arrived. Multiple attempts to reset and reboot all failed.
Poor item that was really disappointing.
Although, the Target Customer Service Team were very helpful and came back to my concerns in good time.

Had an issue with my Target Omni and the team at target were extremely helpful and proactive in resolving my issue. Big thanks for Sarah who helped me.

I’d like to think with how much the omni cost , you would have sent a processor out to me first with pre paid package to return the faulty one , instead I’ve had to post the other one ( free ) but I’ve got to wait for you to receive it before sending a new one out

I’ve had the Target Darts Omni scoring system for less than a year and have already needed one replacement, with yet another unit now about to be sent back. For a product at this price point, that alone is unacceptable.

The original unit failed due to an issue with the processing unit. It wouldn’t stay powered on — shortly after switching it on, the lights would dim and the unit would shut itself off completely.

The replacement has been no better. It frequently loses connection, around three or four times a week, often in the middle of a game. Our internet is not the issue — we have speeds of 77 Mbps, and we even bought a Wi-Fi booster and placed it next to the Omni. Despite this, resetting the system can take up to an hour at times, which completely ruins the experience.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Responses typically take around three days, and instead of asking for all the required information at once, they request it one step at a time: order number, then serial number, then a video of the issue. As a result, the process drags on for weeks. They will help eventually, but you have to jump through far too many hoops.

When the system works, it’s genuinely good — however, it only works around 30% of the time. It’s not that it doesn’t work at all, but the lack of reliability makes it completely impractical to use. This has easily been one of the worst purchases I’ve made, especially considering how much it costs, and I definitely regret buying it. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing the Omni scoring system to reconsider.

One lastest 3 months then power unit set on fire this was brand new,new one delivered that one lasted only 5months and this was brand new,same happened there has got to be a major issuse with these surrounds .

The name for darts really isn't it.

The website delivers fast, they have all the top players and the most used dart I see people using, the Dobey Gen 1.

I have an Omni, a Virt, Tor board and surround.

Bought an Omni score system for £500. Had it 5 weeks and it stopped working. Target asked for videos of error, sent and they asked me to return the processor. I had to wait 2 days for the QR code. Sent back at my inconvenience. No email to say received or this is what is happening. Over Xmas week when I was away, DPD tried to deliver something. Finally had a new processor delivered today and guess what? Still doesn’t work. Am now £500 down, no Omni to play for weeks and no communication! What terrible customer service for something I was so looking forward to and chose to spend £500 on it. Would not recommend at all. Pay your hard earned money to Scolia instead

Purchased omni system last year and used nearly every day along with darts counter. Have enjoyed the experience immensely and have now got the virt camera, not set up yet but looking forward to competing again others of a similar average. Target delivery and range fantastic.

Spent £500 on Omni score system. After 5 weeks only, stopped working due to processor issue. Had to send processor back. Meanwhile i cannot use my Omni! Not impressed, that’s rubbish customer service. Would not recommend, buy the other brand of auto scorer

Omni doesn't work and Target won't reply to any emails

Full order still not provided, target darts say it has been in one email and another saying split order.

Target message - I can see that this order was split into separate parcels, can I kindly ask you to confirm you have received the whole order now.

I confirmed that the whole order was not received.

I spend a lot of money with target darts and this is the first issue that I have had, every email replied to takes them 4 days.

DPD proof of delivery photo will clearly show that only 1 Omni box was delivered.

Time is running out as this is a christmas present and if not resolved I will be forced to take further external actions.

Love the app and the omni help me out alot

Great product choices, free delivery on our Omni. This changed how we play darts as novices. Kids love it almost as much as me!

Purchased an Omni in April, fantastic bit of kit in my opinion.
however developed a fault where the light kept dimming. Called customer service, spoke with Sarah who was brilliant, the control unit was returned to target on the 11th nov & a replacement arrived on the 15th.

Can not fault the service, absolutely brilliant.

Ordered the Omni and Tor dartboard and was delivered fairly quick Thats the 2 star rating. The Omni however is the biggest darting gimmick ever! Yip, I am one of the thousands if not millions to have one and they are bloody terrible! Every night theres atleast one miscount and sometimes it doesnt even register your score... Yes, I have reset, rebooted and even set it up again and again but still the same! Dont waste your money. Wish I never did... Pathetic!

Great darts and accessories from the beginner to the professional. I especially like the Swiss point system and my omni .

We have some issues setting up our OMNI and Sarah was so helpful. She went over and above to ensure we got it connected and asked colleagues for help. Sarah is such a fabulous example of customer service support and I would recommend buying from Target

Target build and sell the Omni system which assisted with auto scoring when playing darts.
Target has sold a substantial amount of Omni's which are defective after a period of time; Target are well aware of this and seem to make it as awkward as possible for you to obtain a replacement part. Not only do you have to do all the dismantling of processors, you then need to send it off so they can determine the issue before they will issue a new processor - even though you have jumped through the hoops which include sending a video of the issue. Is it value for money at £585? when it works, its good but the amount of people on Facebook and other social media outlets who are having the same issue - I'd swear clear and wait for the issues to be resolved.
