customer service takes days to respond.
My fault with my omni has been going on for 5 weeks and Target still not sorted it.

Ordered 2x omni seems good service so far. Omni isn't due for another 2 weeks yet though 😉 strange it keeps asking me for a review before I have the actual product

Ordered an Omni through the website on preorder.
I found one for sale in a local shop so phoned Target to cancel my preorder and it was so easy to get through and the refund process was simple.

Purchased the Omni scoring system on pre order. Turned up as exepected, good comms from the Target team and there to help and answer questions about the order. Great experiance.

Not sure what experience this is relating to. If it’s the £499.95 payment for the Omni which I haven’t heard anything about despite my son ordering his 1 day before me and receiving his today then it’s pretty poor to be fair.

Paid 500 pound for a Omni taking 45 days to come and still not here when other company’s have got them for next day delivery, not had any shipping details from use or anything and keep asking me to rate use out 5 for service, not happy at all with the service I’ve received

I have reached out to then numerous times over the last 48 hours about a problem I have with my omni auto scoring system, not had 1 reply back, after paying £500 for it I would expect decent customer service after coming across a problem but haven’t heard nothing

Bought an Omni a couple months ago with expected delivery of the 15th March or before, nearly £500 I’ve emailed for an update and nearly a week has passed with no response. All other items ordered were delivered and were excellent. Very poor communication. Hopefully my Omni will turn up soon.

Stop sending my emails to give you a review when my item still hasn’t arrived after 7 weeks. You email me several times a week to give you a review but take 2 months to send an item and several days to respond to any customer service requests.
Shocking customer service.

Product has now arrived (omni) and is fantastic. Targets customer service when there is an issue with it is horrendous. Disappointing really because the omni itself works really well, sadly once target get your money they wash their hands of you. I would almost certainly have bought Scolia if I had knew this beforehand.

Omni broke after 4 days. Won’t connect to app and scoring system coming up as failure. Target customer support non existent and can’t even get a reply from them. Considering reporting them to trading standards as after researching online found this is a common issue with them as they are cheaply made.

AVOID TARGET AND OMNI, save yourself money and time.

Pre ordered a target omni on February 19th and still haven't received it despite being mislead and told it should've been here week starting 17th March. I have seen and know other people who have bought or pre ordered this item from other retailers such as premier darts or curry's and received them that week even though they pre ordered after me which was confusing as I thought people who ordered direct from target would have received them first. If you are looking to buy this product I would highly advise on buying it from a different retailer for quicker and more reliable delivery.

I bought a omni a few months ago, I have had nothing but issues with connection and now the thing turns itself off after about a minute. I have called, emailed, messaged on social media and here I am £450 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Absolutely disgusting from such a company.

Overall great company with fantastic products and amazing delivery times.
Still waiting for my Omni but I understand they are under a lot of pressure trying to get all the Omni’s made and delivered. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed when it arrives.

Very disappointed at the sudden rise of £50 to£499 for the omni dart system as was just about to purchase but won’t be now just out of range for me .. 😡

asked a question about the 3 months free subscription that comes with the Target Omni (which I have ordered) as I already subscribe to ULTIMATE and wanted to know how I can use this during or after my sub's end. all I keep getting is "your ticket has been submitted to customer service" but reading other reviews Target don't have a customer service department, and this so called Rosie must be a dumb computer bot.The Omni costs £500 and they can't answer a simple question. CRAP SERVICE.

I bought a £500 Omni and received a £20 dartboard instead. Given the cost, I tried phoning to get urgent help, but the phone line continually cuts off.

The order is now showing as complete, so I have no idea how to get either the product or my money.

Bought the Omni system in January it was meant to be delivered mid February I have now been told it’s going to be March.

I ordered over a month ago and still not got my omni

I have a Target Omni on pre-order. This was ordered at the end of Jan 25. The expected dispatch date is 31st March 2025. The ordering was simple,.money taken let's see if they live up to thier timescales, otherwise 5 star will become 1 star and an appropriate review.

Ordered the Omni on the 24th of January then they changed the pre order date. Have tried to contact them to cancel via email and phone but phone lines are never working and email gets no response.
