Shocking customer service and items ordered but nowhere to be seen and no help
Multiple orders ages to come. Omni date of delivery randomly changed after ordered. Other retailers selling them weeks after the company says there’s a 2 month wait and now they raise the price to extort more money. Very sad as I sold everything from every other darts manufacturer to buy target and leaves a bad taste in mouth. Customer service during this apprently busy period has been shocking. Problems with omni supplies need rectified rather than price gouging

Disgusting customer service as no one…
Disgusting customer service as no one responds to calls or emails. I have a faulty omni and finding it almost impossible to get any assistance or resolve. Calls aren't returned when they say they will and I just get automated email responses to say request has been updated. Very frustrating and unprofessional!!

Progressive innovative products, dark ages delivery
You can’t even track your order in their website! I have experienced all but the more expensive orders late by days that I’ve lost count.
My two bots have started making their purchasing decisions based on the fact that they now associate unreliability with Target.
For a company that sponsors the big named dart players and has the best product innovations (Swiss point, Omni being just two) you’d think they’d invest in the number one source of their success: customers.
They don’t even reply to your emails. And when you call and eventually speak to a person you can’t help but pick up on the fact that you’re an annoyance.
With 2024 being the start of a new era for darts, Target have a choice to continue to lead or be a story of what could have been.
That said, their products are second to none but you know when a company needs to improve when you’re almost aggrieved to show appreciation.

Ordered the omni and the date was to be back end of january, had it for 2 weeks before delivry date cracking service.also ordered the new tor board great product well impressed with it.

Very easy to assemble and calibrate
Very easy to assemble and calibrate. Accurate scoring I considered the other system but so pleased I went with the OMNI and added the Vert camera.

Ordered the omni on the 4th Jan in the hope I’d be part of the orders that were due for dispatch on 31st January due to high demand and no stock! I received an email from target on the 7th saying they’ve got stock in already and that I can expect it on the 9th! Thought it must be an error but sure as shit it turned up on the 9th! It’s a great bit of kit as well! Always use target for everything darts except dartboards but tempted to go for the TOR next!

Poor customer service
My wife ordered an Omni auto scoring system from them, at no time has she been told of a despatch date. Cannot track online due to being unable to have an invoice number on confirmation email. When emailed the company seems like it was an automated response and no one got in touch. On site seems like omni is out of stock for despatch until 31st Jan but at no time was this mentioned during purchase.

Order two items before the time cut off…
Order two items before the time cut off for next day and they weren’t delivered next day and I purchased the Omni and since day one had a open ticket for issues which they then palmed me off to darts counter, and it’s been nearly two months and it’s still the same and I can’t get a refund or swap it out because it’s gonna past the date. Don’t get me wrong when it works it’s great but the disconnects, the miss scores, the problems of shadows from natural light and the really bad customer support gives this rating a 1 start from me
