Changed My Life
Liz has taught me to look at weight loss in a much more holistic way than the dozens of other programs I have been on. This wellness plan is based on balancing six pillars food, water, sleep, stress, exercise and movement, all of which are interdependent, and that is the key. It was never just about the food. In the 3+ years I have been with T100 I have lost 50 pounds and just as importantly I have drastically improved my overall health. I have always been willing to put in the work, I just couldn't find the path till now. It is about how you think, and it's about staying connected, and of course doing all the things but with friends and support at my finger tips. I look forward to sharing ideas and tips everyday on the walls. I never feel alone in this quest for better health anymore and I am having fun along the way. I still have a long way to go but so far my doctor approves, I feel better and stronger, I look better and I am happier. I can't recommend this program enough, I feel it has saved my life or at least extended my life expectancy. Thank you Liz and team T100!
