I thoroughly enjoyed the two days of training while learning a lot about the role and responsibilities of a scrum master. You went out of your way to explain the concept with great examples and analogies. You were focused, patient and innovative throughout the training. The activities during the training were helpful to understand the concept. I would especially like to appreciate that you took out time to explain topics that were not part of the syllabus of the training. I look forward to learning more from you both in future.

But breakout rooms is not that much required as it was made on 2nd day , do not have to take feedback from trainees always who requested this

Our trainer was Anand Pandey - He was insisting on Turning on videos , you can inform once which is sufficient for ppl to understand , If they dont want to , its upto them , doesn't mean you have to insult them infront of all and who said they wont concentrate on your training ?

Anyhow you said you got money for this training , which is very bad statement to make it in Training

Anand is an exceptional trainer. He imparts the material in a relatable way, challenges and encourages curiosity within participants and takes time to ensure that participants obtain a thorough grasp of the material tying it with the real world experience of each participant.
