Value Stream Mapping practitioner course was an eye opener for me to understand the importance of Value Stream Mapping. I learned the phases in it. How to go about process mapping doing a deep dive into the specific area. Identify Value Adds and Non Value Adds. Differentiated between essential non value add and complete non value add. Think from a customer standpoint if he is willing to fund you, if not it's a non value add. Identify wastes and bottlenecks. Process the high valu bottle neck first, create improvement items and update your value Stream accordingly. Finally arrive at a plan to optimize your value Stream. Wonderful session with good realtime examples from various domains. Very interactive learning. Thanks Anand for the great opportunity. Looking forward for the next big one on Design Thinking 🧐

The nature and flow of the contents and use of Mural was seamless. The topics discussed were casual in manner, but at the end of discussion the learning is appreciable.

Recently participated in the OKR Practitioner training offered by Target Agility and the experience exceeded my expectations. I had attended Anand Pandey’s OKR Practitioner Certification course. It was filled with valuable information and knowledge.
