Got my shower panels up today and can I say they were spot on. Really good quality at very low prices. My plumber was so impressed with the product that he asked for the company name for future use.

Couldn’t ask for a better panel, half the price of elsewhere and the delivery driver was an absolute gem! Thank you guys very much for the quick turnaround and brilliant delivery service! Don’t be put off by the negative reviews I’m glad I wasn’t!

Second time ordering from Targwall and although it was a good company to deal with for the products and the CS was ok too but it was let down by the fact that for large items like they deal with that they didn't provide you with a tracking number and the couriers also didn't alert me to the fact they had my order.
I asked for a tracking number and the first time they gave me one but this time they didn't give me it and instead said that I would receive an email on dispatch and then a further email from courier telling me delivery date and time. Neither happened and just by chance I was at home today to receive my order. I am not happy with this as I could have been away for days and it would have been left outside in full view or getting wet. This isn't satisfactory and the company need to address this. otherwise I can't fault the timely manner in receiving my order and the correctness of it.

I have paced order with this company but can’t contact anyone no reply to emails no reply to phone calls I think this website might be a scam I would not recommend purchasing anything from Targwall

Placed an order no indication of a delayed dispatch time. Cancelled order due to the delay in dispatch as the item was out of stock very poor communication. Refund was prompt but item was still delivered....again poor customer service and time wasted dealing with this. Very disappointed as a returning customer....will not return again.

I do recomend the company itself.
Easy and efficent purchasing process.

The wall panels I bought, though, are slightly different to the pictures. The colour is different and the panels do not come together perfectly.

ordering online was easy, I needed to call them about something specific which they were extremely helpful and polite with and dealt with my query immediately. I will definetly use them again. the splashback tiles were amazing quality and a great price

We ordered some PVC wall panels from this company. When they was delivered they're completely different to the picture on the website. A different colour, different pattern and different size of pattern. When contacting the supplier although showing him a picture of the original design and the one that we got he said it was the same thing as he only stocks one design. He also expected us to pay £27 postage to send it back after paying for postage of an incorrect item. He had a terrible attitude about the situation with awful customer service. He didn't want to offer a discount or a suitable resolution without costing the customer more money.

As it won't let me reply to their response, i will do it here. Turning it horizontal or vertical would not achieve a different design, they're a different colour and a different pattern. As you can see by the response they see customer service as a priority by the way they're responding to a customer calling me a keyboard warrior and mocking the way I have typed something. They also haven't answered any of our phone calls when trying to speak to them since.

Only got samples, but found the info on website about various products very clear for understanding the different products. The Targwall+ sample got looked very nice and high quality.

Neil was super helpful in securing me the product I wanted as it was nearly out of stock. I have been searching for months for it and very happy.
Arrived the next day as promised.
Would definitely use again.

Just need to find a tradesman to work out how many they need and I will be ordering. The added bonus is they look like tin but are not so they will withstand the humidity of my bathroom. They are to hid the artex on my bathroom ceiling, now I need to find the perfect light fitting 😊
