I do not recommend this store.
I really wanted a specific bag that was sold out in many other stores, so I wrote to them on Facebook to inquire about an international order. After not receiving a response for a few days, I wrote to them by email and sent them a link to the handbag that I want.
Instead of politely replying (even if it was a negative response to me that they could not ship to my country), a couple of hours later they either removed the handbag from their e-shop so I wouldn't ask questions again, or it was a coincidence and someone else purchased the handbag. Either way, it's disappointing because if there had been any communication from their side, I would have purchased it before it was gone.
Maybe it’s because I wrote to them in English? But then again, if you’re doing international orders, you should be able to handle inquiries in English as well. Anyway, this was almost 2 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received any response. I think that's inexcusable for any business.
Luckily, I managed to find another place that had the same handbag in stock and was happy to communicate with me, so I ordered it elsewhere.
