I strongly believe this company is a scam. My order never arrived, and all attempts to contact them were completely ignored—no replies whatsoever. A week later, my order was still marked as “in fulfilment” with no updates or explanation.

To make matters worse, when I tried to place another order, I was informed that the shop is no longer accepting orders, which raises even more concerns.

I ultimately had to report the transaction as fraudulent with my bank, and the amount was credited back to my account almost immediately—something that speaks volumes.

Based on my experience, this business appears unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I purchased some items through their impressive online store on 27th Jan 2026 and waited, delivery was advised for 5th Feb. No contact from them as at 11th Feb so have to assume the worst and get money returned through chargeback.

Credit where credit is due.
Someone screwed up on my order but when I emailed hello at T&S Chloe responded immediately acknowledging their failure and promised to sort it out...she did and I received a full refund. I will modify my review to 4 stars because the cockup was avoidable.
