couldn’t be happier

couldn’t be happier! the delivery was late and my dining room table changed prices when the january sales come about but they honoured the price difference in the form of a voucher. top quality service throughout . very very pleased

Quality at its finest.

The staff are always helpful and informative about their products. The prices seem a little steep but when taking into account the quality of their items I think that they are value for money. We purchased a large canvas for our landing along with a large artificial olive tree for the garden. I put the tree together in our lounge and it looked so good we decided to leave it in there. We might have to buy another for rhe garden now 😀 I have purchased before from Taskers and will continue to do so as long as their products remain of the highest quality.

We have been shopping at taskers for a long time now for all kinds of things from Xmas products furniture and other accessories lately we have been ordering some furniture and we as a family have been really pleased with everything from the people who have looked after us in store the products we have purchased the Quality of the items we can not fault anything or anyone involved from the desk as we enter to the sales people on the floor to the delivery people the hole device has been Quality so thank you TASKERS FOR THE EXPERIENCE

wanted a dining room table with six chairs

wanted a dining room table with six chairs. found one on the website. visited the shop to check the measurements of the table to discover the price was in fact for four chairs only. wrote to taskers explaining the discrepancy. had a very quick reply confirming the error but then giving me the two extra chairs as a gesture of good will. all responses were quick and helpful. delivery of furniture was just as good and the men delivering were brilliant. will most certainly shop again in taskers and recommend them to my friends. overall perfect service thankyou.

I ordered a table and chairs in…

I ordered a table and chairs in October, I received the wrong order which the delivery guys took back. It was then corrected to the right table and chairs I was then informed the table was out of stock and maybe a week delay which was fine at that point. Four weeks later the item still not received and I felt not great as it was my 60th birthday and had nowhere to sit guests before we went on to celebrate. I then followed up again to be told the item from the supplier was discontinued and they would refund or select an alternative. Very distressing as Christmas is also approaching! I didn’t want a refund as I am now desperate for a table as following Taskers delivery instructions got rid of my existing table and chairs only the day before so now I have a huge empty space and nowhere for possibly Christmas dinner either! I followed up again which every time I did Lyndsey was very proactive with quick responses. I was then advised they could get my order but the day before due to be delivered they couldn’t locate the chairs. I am now in tears very upset I was offered a £200 discount if I chose an alternative chair none to my liking but could have an alternative colour in the original chair which was available to me a lot lighter but went for it. The added disappointment was the original chairs I saw in store in the discount section at the back offered for the discount I had been given so I had not really been compensated for the distress caused. Just to add it was delivered on Christmas Eve no stress!!! Oh yes until it was put up and in place happy with the product but absolutely not with the experience never had this before and I have been shopping in Taskers for years.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear about the issue you had with your order.

Unfortunately we had some supply issues with our dining chairs before Christmas. I can see you received an initial 20% off the order plus an additional 20% (£200 for the inconvenience).

The chairs on the outlet section we returned and damaged which is why they were reduced and not offered.

Whilst we understand the experience was frustrating, we have apologised and compensated you for the inconvenience caused and did everything we could to ensure we delivered the product ASAP, even delivering Christmas Eve.

Once again, please accept our apology for the delay and issues. As you have stated yourself, this is not the normal standard we offer.
