I saw this company on a social media site (I can't remember which one) and thought I would check it out. It was recommended for remote jobs and I'm always on the lookout for a better way to search. I was immediately impressed that I could just search right off the bat - no filling out forms or handing over my first born for access. That was a HUGE plus. While searching, I had a couple questions before looking into a membership (PS - There's quite a bit available for FREE - another huge plus). I found the Support email and sent off an email, fully knowing that maybe, just maybe I would hear back 3.7 years later if even at all. To my surprise, a real person (Dan) responded quite literally less than 30 min later. He asked clarifying questions, example of issue and was actually... kind. Very clearly not a robot, but a real person. I attached a couple screenshots, he fixed the issue and everything was taken care of in under an hour. This kind of customer service is incredibly refreshing in this day and age. If you are job searching, I highly recommend giving Taskfavour a shot - I don't think you will be disappointed.
