I have downloaded the app on my iPhone…

I have downloaded the app on my iPhone but it’s not opening up. I paid for a yearly subscription and have cancelled subscription. I was advise that I can still use and access the app until my subscription expires but now I just can’t use the app, it’s not opening up. I tried to delete and reinstall app but still the same. I’m very disappointed.
