I bought a Taskin Denali as a backer and used it 4-5 times and the handle broke. I have written multiple emails and the only response in 1 month has been an AI response saying we have sent it to the correct people to review. No response from the company and I doubt that I will hear back or have them replace my broken bag or even try to repair it for me. After this experience I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I backed their campaign on Indiegogo for the Stash gen 2 + Doppler and at the same time bought a Taskin One + some Air Duo packing cubes.
When the products finally arrived, some were missing and one was broken.
I have since been writing back and forth with their support for over 4 months, and they have still not sent missing + replacement items.
I would recommend everyone to not buy anything from them, as they are not trustworthy.
