Great service, value for money

Victor has done a great job in super short time. Thank you!

They sent me the tasker who came over 26 hours late. Neither taskrabbit, nor tasker has offered any discount or compensation.

But it wasn't over - the result is just horrible.

I guess taskrabbit doesn't even check their taskers in regards to check their professionalism and skills.

I thought I am paying for the result, for the service - eventually, my wife was helping the tasker with the work. He was walking for almost one hour, just because he wanted to delay the time and charge more.

Totally regret I had to use taskrabbit.
In Germany they don't care about customers.

Today I got literally scammed for 140 euro, with the horrible result and huge, unfair taskrabbit commission.

Will never ever use its services.

Don't recommend it either.

It was easy to book and get the confirmation. Communication was good, person was on time and completed at right time.

The service is very good but the commission applied to the guys doing the real job is absolutely unfair (ca 30%)

the experience was excellent and effortless.. Nico was assigned to do the work.. he was punctual, and professional in his work.. I am really happy with the service..

The tasker kept on changing the time and giving the unreasonable time like 9 pm in the night and when I cancelled out of frustation , I got charged the cancellation fees.

Came early, clearly communicated, was nice and helpful!

As I ordered the Bett from the website of IKEA, I saw the price for the Montage to be at 89€
As the Tasker came to my home in order to build the Bett he asked for another 25€ as he told me that it was wrongfully registered on the site of IKEA.
I gave him the extra money and at the very end the receipt I received was for the 89€ and not for the whole amount of 114€ which I paid.
I found this really inappropriate and unprofessional!

All ok but the app had some problems so I had to use the chat service

Ordered an assembly on available dates a times offered and which suited my schedule. First “Tasker” that took it on stared immediately renegotiating timing and would not stop so Taskrabbit intervened and asked the Tasker to close the case so that a new one could take it ( I should have left here when looking in hindsight).
Second “Tasker took the job and confirmed the time, I gave all the needed product and other details but on the day of the job no one came and could not reach the Tasker via the Taskrabbit switch as phone was out of reach, but could see that the “Tasker” had marked the job as done his name is Sani B.
Got a message from Taskrabbit who said they were sorry the “Tasker l did not show up but that it is not their fault and that they could now start looking for a new one.
Seriously……I will use trustworthy handymen none of them in the service of Taskrabbit and will ensure IKEA gets to know what happened ( also heard now from friends they have had and heard about similar experiences]

The work was quiet, impeccable and neat, Cartons were collected and folded and question were asked about door direction and build, very polite person and friendly.

I could not give 5 as he did not arrive on time (only about 30 minutes late) but he did call at 10 minutes after the appointment to state that there is a delay

Wanted to make everyone aware that Taskrabbit is not trusted company, this is highly unethical in their business standards. After booking task, Their taskers are simply sending you invoices without work done.
Tasker name was Mohammed.
Even after complaining it’s no response. I suggest to think twice before placing any request. It was horrible experience and this is bunch of thief’s.
