I use Taskrunners cleaning services, I am really picky and have gone through a few cleaning companies over the years. But I am so happy with taskrunner. My cleaning buddy is called Yudi, she is so warm and she really listen to what my preferences are and execute them after instructions. + she does the little extra 🩷 I feel so safe with having her in my home.

Today I came home and she made a beautiful little paper bow on my toilet paper. She makes me feel like I’m coming home to a 5 star hotel.

Works smoothly as expected, well organized

A bit of a long story but worth reading.

We were looking for some help in the kitchen tile work at our home.
As per some of our friends' suggestions posted ad and waiting for the help from TaskRunner.
One service guy accepted our work, he came to our home twice and checked all the materials that we bought and suggested we buy some more materials. He started the work by covering the kitchen top.

On the agreed day that guy called and shocked me that he can’t do that job at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TaskRunner customer service person called and explained all these things, he said will check and get back shortly. Right after another TaskRunner customer service person called and listened again.
He told me that he can do this job and provide a discount voucher code. But he needs a new job ad.
I did that and couldn’t use that voucher code due to their issue in the mobile app. Tried to trace that person but he didn’t respond at all. Finally he said booked for the next day.
I desperately asked for his availability the next day. He confirmed last evening that he booked that day as well.

Finally I got real frustration about TaskRunner service and customer experience.
