I was on the platform for over a year

I was on the platform for over a year, during that time the prices in the option chain would randomly freeze, sometimes in the middle of a trade, scary stuff. I reported this to tech support multiple times, waited months, got the usual "we will look into it" and then nothing. It kept happening, sometimes the ticker would freeze too. I sent an email to the CEO who kicked it down to some manager who kicked it to their tech person, the same one i filed the ticket with that didnt feel that the prices freezing was a huge priority. After bringing this rudeness back up to the manager he sent it back to tech support who let slip that their linux client i was using was based on a framework that had become unsupported by its vendor and that they couldnt fix any of the problems with it if they wanted to without rewriting it.

I lost $,$$$'s because of their incompetence causing me to panic while my P/L froze but in reality was moving behind the scenes. As other reviewers have stated and i have related, customer service is atrocious, sometimes i would get this guy on the phone it sounds like he just got out of bed and was in a rush to get to highschool. This broker is a total clownshow. No apologies for shipping a broken linux client without disclosing the fact, no promise to fix anything, just absolute disrespect for their customer and for their field. The CEO should be fired and restaffed at a local McDonalds where he belongs.

P.S. Dont get lured in by their "$10 then free option trades", nothing is free, there is a reason every other broker charges $0.65 to roundtrip a contract. You pay when your go to buy or sell and the price is wildly out of line with what you are being shown in the option chain. I dont want to say what they are doing is illegal but it really appears that what they're doing is illegal. Since then i have moved to IBKR, pay full price for options and get my orders filled at exactly the price that is shown.

I've been using TastyTrade for years and they are brilliant. Brilliant platform, brilliant customer service (thank you Stephen), and brilliant fees. Long may it continue.

Great customer support.

I have found that tasty trade on mobile is a little bit difficult to navigate but admittedly I have not done much trading on it. I had some questions about how to navigate on the site and some sign in issues. I called the customer support line and was talking with a life person within 5 minutes. The attendant did a great job explaining things to me and I could not be happier. I will be using my tasty tray platform more often in the future!

No other brokerage platform has real people answering questions in chat in real time... and when markets are involved, time is crucial. They're concise, quick and send links with all relevant data to your issue. Best in class.

friendly site

new to the platform really like it simple to use so far was confused about something but the chat module on the site lead me to a technician who quickly helped me solve my problems..gonna stick with this platform and would definitely recommend

techie was fast

techie was fast, smart, to the point and gave me the exact answer I needed. also helped me understand the market a bit better, friendly as well. that is the type of person you need Stephen was his name I beileive.

Great Experience!

I've been following Tom Sosnoff for some time, and thanks to the YouTube show, I've decided to sign up.

I've never had any issues with the platform and the onboarding process. Support team was warm, helpful, and managed to solve my question.

Deposits and withdrawals are smooth and quick!
The only issue for international customer (withdrawals & deposits) are fees - these are enourmos especially if you have a small account like me.

Other than that a complete satisfaction.

I was unclear about fees, margin etc over which I was a little anxious and for which I sought an explanation which was provided by Stephen from the trade desk. It was clear, simple and detailed and he gave me a full explanation of all the questions I asked in a friendly way. I could not have asked for more. Thankyou.
