aftercare with third party issue.
I had an issue with third party delivery service. Karen from tatami customer services guided me through the whole proces in a very pleasant and professional way. The aftterservice i received was excellent. And the issie got resolved in a statisfactory and correct manner.
You can't hold a third party issue against a company. But the help makes a huge difference.
Would reccomend and buy from again.

Excellent service and quality garments, my 11 yr daughter began Jui Jitsu 3 month ago, in that time, we've purchased her gi, rash guard and shorts and a hoodie.
Garments received within 48hrs of ordering, any queries the company have replied, swiftly and respectfully.
