Terrible
Terrible! The device came broken and had a water leakage that damage my wooden floor. The cost to repair the floor is 700 euros. The customer service took 1 week to reply and the only option they offer was a refund and exchange of product for the exact same product! I find it terrible, I don’t trust taurus and was left with a broken ac for 2 weeks now. I asked to send a different device .. as I don’t want the same model, and they refused. It seems to me very very bad customer service.

Taurus is excellent…
My experience with Taurus is excellent and the item fits great. However their courier let them brown with broken delivery assurances and poor email information.
