This service is an absolute rip-off. The prices are absurdly high for the mediocre product and subpar service you receive. The entire experience felt like a cash grab from the beginning. Getting bloodwork done was a complete headache, filled with unnecessary obstacles and wasted time. As if that wasn't bad enough, once they had my information, they relentlessly harassed me with unwanted spam calls trying to push services I had zero interest in. Instead of focusing on providing value to customers, they seem far more interested in squeezing every dollar possible out of people. Save your money, save your time, and look elsewhere. This company does not deserve your business.

They over charged me 179$ for something I didn't even order i wanted to cancel because of how shady the whole situation was and they told me they couldn't, mind you this was literally 10 mins after my order went through.i told them I did not authorize that and this was theft and fraud. This is a scam. They will sign you up for a $130 dollar a month subscription even though you did not agree to it. Then when you receive your package you call them to cancel and they play dumb and then wont refund your money. You have been warned.

It’s just a money grab. I tried the Quad medication and it caused a dangerous drop in my blood pressure. I reported it to Taurus and tried to cancel my subscription. They gave me the run around. Just talk to our medical team. Talked to the medical team and they said Do Not take it again and it would be cancelled. But what do they do you ask? They send me More of the same medication and Charge Me! On top of that….no refund! It’s a fraudulent money grab.

I called twice, and both times my questions were answered in a very professional and courteous manner.
