It is unbelievable
It is unbelievable how well you managed to waste a potential customer’s time.
On Tuesday made an online booking for Thursday morning so I had to arrange time off work. Someone called for more info on the request and all was confirmed. No one showed at the arranged time and no communication was provided of lateness or whatsoever. After giving up waiting and going to work late ( just so I don’t waste time for no reason) I called for a follow up and was then informed of a sick call and messed schedule. Re-schedule was offered but with the weekend knocking on the door plans were already made.
Later, after managing to re-arrange my plans and get the car fixed, I made another online booking for Saturday morning at 9am to ensure the rest of the day will be free for catching up with other chores. On Friday confirmation email was sent for the attendance on Saturday morning.
At 9:40 on Saturday morning, I called again to find out where the mechanic is. The response was that he is running behind schedule and will be there shortly after 10am.
At 12:46 I received a call that the team is en route to me to perform the job. No one arrived!
At 17:22 I received a call from a different number, presenting himself as the mechanic who is meant to attend. He informed me of the busy day and offered to attend on Sunday morning at 08:00.
Needless to say that this person never arrived. I had the opportunity to go somewhere else but was misled by you.
