I am a Senior with dual UK/USA citizenship and needed assistance in seeking an Automatic Extension of Time to FIle US Individual Income Tax Return (IRS Form 4868).
There is a difference in the time I can obtain broker's information because the UK tax year from from mid April whereas the US runs from 1st January so I had a query about completing this form. Tax Bandit's Representative (Chat Line "Smith) took some time to research my situation but I got all the help and answers I needed from him and am therefore highly impressed with Tax Bandit's knowledge, patience, politeness and service.

Tax Bandits was very helpful. It is my first time filing ACA forms for ICHRA. The experience was so much easier with this sight.

Very easy to use and always expert live help available!

Terrible experience. The software routed my live tax filings (W-2 and 94X) into a developer 'sandbox' without any clear warning. I thought my forms were securely filed with the IRS, but they were not. Customer support took weeks to inform me that my data was trapped in a test environment. I had to use a competitor at the last minute to avoid IRS penalties. Do not trust this platform with your tax compliance.

Support was not helpful, online chat didn't work. Ended up having to call the IRS to figure out what was going on

Very easy to use (even with Quickbooks data) software and live customer service made this a great efile experience. Will definitely use again next year!

I am a CPA filing for my clients. It was my first time filing with TaxBandits and I love the whole experience. I was able to invite my team and they could assist me with the filing with no additional cost while the other providers like tax1099, yearli, and track1099 charges an annual subscription for the same. This should be a goto tool for the professionals who are looking for a smarter and effective way of managing tax filing.

The software does not allow for adjusting the e-file's name control; thus causing IRS rejections. When reaching out to their US customer support on live-agent chat (chat with Joel), the agent simply sent copies of help articles I already read that did not answer the question. And when I explained what the issue was, he just advised me to file again with the correct name and EIN. THE NAME & EIN IS CORRECT!! HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I REPEAT MYSELF!?!?!?! The agent could not seem to understand that we need to change the name control as the business entity's name and EIN matched IRS records, but it was simply the name control that was off. The name control is something that Tax Bandits generates and is not editable on the user's end. I feel like the live agent was more of a Robot who got hung up in a loop but I am sure that I selected to chat with the live agent as they do make that part clear in the chat selection box. It was a complete waste of time and many accountants know that time is precious when payroll tax deadlines are pending.

Payroll without a huge price tag! As a small business owner, I just need to pay myself, but I still need to get all the information right - TaxBandits have done a great job providing the software to do just that. They also have a very helpful Live Chat to answer all my questions.

Best platform to e file the most common Tax form in US. Easy to do and save the small business hassle if you want to file something with IRS on return basis without the need to use professional Payroll Services. Absolutely love it

Signed up and they want to “ verify “ my info after I put it very sensitive information. No one else seems to need a picture of my license and a selfie . Not going to do it . I put in all the correct info for my company including ein number and address . That’s good enough for other form places to make tax forms . Not cool on your part

This is a wonderful program to use. It is very simple, you only have to type in the information one time, not like on other programs. It was so very fast, and very cost effective.

Love that the fact I was able to continue where I last left off and not required to start over, that there were other forms available that might be of use in the future.
