The worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid $12,000 to address my tax relief debt, and after two years, nothing has been accomplished or filed. While waiting for my accountant to finalize the paperwork to amend my taxes, they decided to close my case. This happened because they wanted to charge me an additional $6,000 to amend the taxes—something my accountant could do for a third of that cost.

Now, to reopen my case and finish what was started two years ago, they want another $6,000. If I felt they could actually achieved any debt relief, I would have gladly paid. But, I have no confidence in there ability at all. Instead, it feels like they’re just diverting the debt to themselves. An absolute nightmare to deal with!

The worst service ever got zero relief on tax debt, they stalled and strung out the service so they could collect all of their money and let me know they could not do anything. The debt expert was not helpful at all and offered zero assistance. Do not use these guys ever

Have they gone out of business? I have been calling and emailing. No response. My text messages come back as number invalid. Have I been scammed?

Tax Defense Network is a trustworthy company. Even though my situation was not one that had a remedy they still provided valuable advice. I worked with Vincente and he was professional and knowledgeable.

This company sells false hope. They do not ask if you have equity in your home during intake. According to the case manager, if you have enough equity in your home to pay your taxes, the IRS will not allow a reduced payment. So, monthly amount I will owe thru this program is the EXACT SAME AMOUNT I would pay on my own to the IRS. I will not pay this company $280 a month to do what I can do by myself. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you value your time, money and Peace do not conduct business with this company. I spoke with Mark and told him that I did not need their services after I paid them $750. Mark said that they were keeping $250 for processing. I asked for a transcript of interactions and everything done to justify the $250 and I have not received that information. I called back a week later because I had not received my refund, Mark said that he had emailed me a refund request form. He did not email that form and I would have never known a form was needed if I had not called back. He then emailed the form on 11/6. I faxed it back to him the same day with bank account and routing number as requested on the form. I called him on 11/10 and he said it takes time to process. This is ridiculous, he then transfers me to accounting, who tells me the same thing. They have my money, the release form and my bank account information. They refuse to refund my $500 and are keeping an additional $250 I am in worse shape now dealing with these crooks than I was before calling them. Send me my $750 today!!! My next step is to contact he Better Business Bureau. Update, The BBB complaint has been filed!!!

Since my last review was flagged by TDN for stating facts I’ll try a different way, I paid them $13,000 and they did absolutely nothing but drag it out for over 1 1/2 years. The IRS took almost $20k from us and absolutely nothing was done about it from TDN, we couldn’t even get a response from our agent. We had a conversation with the IRS agent a few days ago and got more accomplished in that one phone call than this company did in that whole 1 1/2 years.

Your company only fulfilled part of what I required. I have had the pleasure of your services for almost a decade without fail until now. If you need the basic assistance they are worthy, but I needed a little more and they failed - sadly. Very sadly.

The first phone call I was harassed and given a horrible first impression! I told this person (won't mention a name ...unless you want me too) that I couldn't afford the service he offered and then he kept saying "well give me a number" repeatedly just to tell me at the end his own price which was insane. I put in my information to sit back and think about the decision for a couple days and decided I wasn't going to continue with the service. I was called multiple times (after denying) and harassed saying "your not going to find a better service then us". They also keep charging my card every other day 300$ . Luckily my bank won't let them take money out unless I accept. Worst company I ever dealt with EVER!

This has been a horrible experience and has cost me not only the ten thousand dollars I paid to them for representation, but nearly one hundred thousand dollars as the result of levies because the tax professional assigned didn't communicate with me or the IRS. Getting him to actually respond to an email takes me calling him, when he says he will call me back he never does. After getting notification of levies he would tell me he would take care of it, but after I finally talked to the IRS myself I found that they hadn't heard from him in months, he had refused to send them standard documentation and was doing nothing that had been promised. Thanks to his inaction and lack of professionalism I'll be evicted this month due to levies and still, I can't get him to call me back when he committed to.

Incompetent! A total sham. The worst experience ever. Tax Defense assured me they could help my tax situation for $9100.00. After four months of chasing my representative and several escalations, I was told I did not owe the IRS and my case was closed. I was notified by the IRS a week later that I did in fact owe them significant money. When I went back to my contact at Tax Defense she acknowledged that she was incorrect in the information she provided me but since my case was closed she couldn't do anything to help me. I have escalated several times and have received no response. Consequently, I am now paying a tax attorney to help me. I lost valuable time in my appeal process with the IRS due to Tax Defense's incompetence which will ultimately cost me more money.

I hired TDN to help with my IRS tax debt, hoping they could at least reduce the interest payments. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so. I'm particularly disappointed because during our initial phone conversation, they gave me false hope. All they did was file paperwork and set up an installment plan, which I could have done on my own. The service was not worth the money, and I would not recommend TDN to anyone.

Do not do anything with this company The Money Solver they will take your money and not complete your case. This is exactly what they have done to me and I am calling the BBB and reporting them. I am asking for a refund since you didn't resolve my case.
