I signed on with TDN in Sept of 2023. My case is still open. To date, I have had 5-6 people take over my case and literally nothing has been done. Not one dollar of penalties has been removed and it seems the 4K I invested in this company have been a complete waste. They are very difficult to get in touch with and if you miss their call - they flag you as non-responsive or unable to contact...I can't remember how they worded it exactly. They even closed my case once due to this - even though I was emailing them often and returning their calls. The current lady assigned to my case is very rude and every time we talk it is like starting over on my tax story.

Had a great experience on the first consultation with Rich. He was able to answer my questions.

I had an excellent experience with the initial consultation, especially with Agent Jawanda Johnson, she was professional, informative, and supportive throughout the process.
That said, I’ve come to understand that if you owe the IRS due to past tax mistakes, there is only so much a tax defense service can do. While the service may be on the pricier side, at the end of the day, if you are liable, those past errors still need to be addressed and paid for. Thank you, Jawanda Johnson.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tax Defense Network. The staff were completely professional and caring. They took my situation very seriously and amazed me with how fast they got to work, especially my Case Manager Ms. Katrina Curtis, She kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed of what my next steps were to take place. Her professionalism, knowledge and concern kept me at ease. She exemplifies the true meaning of exceptional and I appreciate her and your company very much. I also want to thank Ms. Janet Hammerquist, my tax preparer, who was also great, in the way she handled my paperwork and explained to me exactly what I had to do to complete the process. I am a lucky person indeed to have come across your company and the outstanding personnel you have working there. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate it!!

What began as a promising sales pitch in the website's initial callback conversation with the company in FL has become an unacceptable communication endeavor with the outsourced "tax professional." She waited past the final hour to let us know THEY had the wrong first digit for the taxpayer ID. She insisted the FL office did not include the L11 form in our file, and she needed me to resend it to her. I did at 8:52 am on 05/21/2025. She previously had made the excuse that she was waiting for the IRS to approve the POAs they had sent in. She again said she was sending (calling) it in right then. If there was a problem with the POA forms, we should have been notified immediately, not the day before the deadline, (May 22, 2025). Once again, in her email to me on May 21, 2025, at 5:47 pm she insisted that she needed to confirm my husband's name and SS# so she could call the IRS with the POA information. The confirmation of name and SS#, the LT-*- form had been texted, called in, and emailed to her by both my husband and me multiple times. The SS# was given to the original representative from FL on a recorded conversation that my husband and I were both part of. The digits were clearly given and repeated back, then confirmed. I confronted the "tax professional" from Cedar Falls, VA regarding the frustration and she answered with "Stop this, or I will block you. I now deal with your husband only." They charged $6800 (so far). If it were up to me only, I would get the initial down payment of $680 back and cancel the subsequent monthly payments. She has become a real source of chaos by placing the blame everywhere but on herself and has tried to pull off the "You have to listen to me because I am trying to help you" effect. If my husband wants to keep her, I at least want her to get things done, not give updated excuses about why she is PAST THE DEADLINE for doing what we are being charged so heavily for.

I just had to share my awesome experience with Tax Defense Network! The team was super communicative and on top of things. I've already told my friends about them because they're totally worth it.
Brandi Hendricks & Janet Hammerquist were a delight to work with. Can't wait for them to handle my 2025 filings. They were quick, got the job done, and really took a load off my mind.

We have been dealing with Tax Defense Network over a several year period and during that time we have found them to be very professional and patient in dealing with our issues and concerns. Most recently, Mabertine Pierre has taken the time to explain the process we were going through in detail in terms we could understand so that we could make decisions that were best for us. Mabertine and her team resolved our tax issues taking into account our circumstances and we are happy with the resolution of our case. We would happily recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone needing assistance with tax issues or even just to prepare their taxes.

Had a phenomenal experience with Tax Defense Network, specifically Katrina, Janet, and Burney. They lifted a ton of stress off my shoulders by handling my back-taxes case with professionalism and empathy. Filing taxes can be intimidating, but these guys made the process smooth, swift, and less daunting. They were always available to answer my queries, making me feel like a part of their family. Can't thank them enough for giving me peace of mind. Would absolutely recommend their exceptional service to anyone dealing with tax issues!

I hired you to resolve my taxes for over 2 years, the First tax professional (Kayo) who did not check in with me on my status, then you provided Pedram, which I gave him my power of atty. in Feb. On April 8th he sent me a text to read my email stating I had to be compliant with the IRS to file taxes on time. I had been waiting to find out if I needed to file taxes now or what? I take care of my 91 yr. old mother and ask to send me a text. Yes, I'm ignorant! So, Im back to square one and never told me that there were more back taxes that I had no idea about until I received a lien. So no, not happy with your service.

Wayne was exceptional. Wayne was caring, a good listener, showed understanding and compassion and kept his word regarding returning phone calls, emails and being diligent regarding his duties.
I had tried seven (7) other Tax Resolutions agencies to assist me with my tax matters, and they talked a good game but provided NO action (especially Optima Tax and Tax Relief Advocates). All of those other agencies took my hard-earned money but was short on customer service and lacking professional ethics.
I was blessed when Ryan Kissling of the Tax Defense Network reached out from to me. Ryan and I had spoken about 18 months prior to February 2025. Ryan listened to my dilemma, understood my financial issues and set me up in the IRS forgiving program.
Ryan, set me up with Wayne Gibbons as my tax resolution expert (March 4th, 2025, our first telephone call). I prayed to GOD and Wayne's efforts to resolve my tax issues. I am very blessed that GOD listened and through Wayne's effort, I can breathe now because the IRS is no longer on my back. The weight has been lifted. I thank GOD, Wayne Gibbons and Ryan Kissling once again for their efforts.
I will definitely pass on either mouth to mouth, via email or any other means of communication the work that was done for me.
Thank you
